The staff was very accommodating, and the room was lovely. I initially had a ground-floor, windowless room, which may have been because I booked through a third party, but the front desk graciously moved us upstairs, and it was night and day in every aspect of the room, bathroom, and brightness. The location is super convenient as well.

Beautifully remodeled boutique hotel with a small pool, restaurant and coffee shop/bar centrally located within walking distance of the historic center of Oaxaca. Staff was helpful with directions and recommendations and the room was clean and comfortable.

This was an amazing place, I love how quiet and secure the hotel was, also I love that whenever we wanted to go outside we could just walk around, it is like 5-10 minutes away to all the popular places. I will select them again in my next stay!

The city is amazing rich in history, amazing food and friendly people everywhere. Saw tourist from various countries enjoying the place and the great weather. Oaxaca is a beautiful city and State to visit. Always felt safe.

Everything was okay,however it will be nice if they can provide better mattress for the beds. Also a small fridge and microwave. I know is a lot to ask but always those things are helpful specially if you have small kids for their snacks.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in Oaxaca city. The pool is heated and inviting, the restaurant has delicious food for a reasonable prices, and it is connected to a coffee shop with a wide variety of snacks. Just across the street is the textile museum and the center of town is only two blocks away.
