A small sofa in the alcove offers a comfortable place to read, chat or sleep and enjoy the warmth of the wood burner. The kitchen dining area, which was refurbished in 2023 offers a bright contemporary space with large sink, a four ring hob and oven, slim line dishwasher as well as a large fridge/ freezer. A washing machine is situated in the utility area at the back of the property with a backdoor to the garden.
The stairs lead up to the first landing where the family bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and wash basin is situated. A door leads to the upper garden.
At the top of the stairs the Master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, dressing table and a built in wardrobe with storage and the small en-suite with large shower, wash basin and toilet. The single room has a single bed and chest of drawers and the recently refurbished second bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers as well as a comfortable armchair which doubles as a put down bed.

The small garden to the left of the property catches the afternoon sun making it a perfect area to enjoy a drink or dinner outside. The second garden and viewing platform is accessible via steps to the rear of the property or via the door on the landing and is located on the old ‘laundry lawns’ above the rooftops. From here your can enjoy panoramic views over the whole of Oban; a perfect backdrop for a some cheese and wine or just watching the sunset.
If you do choose to travel buy car the house has it’s own private car parking space for two cars right outside the house.
The house enjoys consistent hot water, gas central heating, smart TV and fast internet. Even a pay phone is provided for those that don’t want to use their mobile phones abroad.
