House 1 offers two bedrooms and a spacious living area with space for up to 5 people. The light natural wood walls and our personal furnishings create a comfortable living atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a kitchen open to the living room, a small storage room, a toilet and a partially covered terrace with furniture. Stairs lead from the living room to the upper floor with 1 double room, 1 three-bed room (including 1 pull-out bed), shower and toilet.
For short stays (less than 7 nights) there are no surcharges depending on the length of stay. These are one-off for 6 nights = 54euro, for 5 nights = 50euro, for 4 nights = 66euro, for 3 nights = 66euro and for 2 nights = 94ero.
