I must express my biggest disappointment in one of the staff members in this hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 5:30pm and did the self-check-in. I went to the front desk the next morning to ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork. I talked to the person (wearing glasses) at the front desk and filled out the paperwork. Then, if he said that you need to pay the parking fee. I just said “oh, it’s not free parking” conversationally because I had been travelling for about 20 days and I had booked many hotels and didn’t remember which hotels provided free parking or not. Unexpectedly, the person stared at me with stone-faced looking and condescending voice asking me “did you read the email? You must read the email we sent now!” He sounded that I didn’t want to pay the parking fee that made feel very frustrated and uncomfortable. I just paid and left. I received an email later from him and blamed me for not reading the email.
To make matters worse... Because there was no water pot in our room to make tea or coffee, my wife went to the dining room of the hotel to get some hot water. The same guy, who worked at the front desk also worked in the dining room, told my wife that she was not allowed get hot water because we did not make breakfast reservations. His attitude was cold and rude. I am 68 years old and have travelled to many different countries. Needless to say, this is the worst hospitality service I’ve ever encountered in my life! In my opinion, this individual is not
