My boyfriend and I stayed overnight to get away. Upon checking in,rooms were being cleaned. Floors still wet from being mopped. It was nice to know that they pride themselves on cliff. I truly can appreciate that.

Custom service didn't exist. Room and floor smelt like sewage. Older room that needed some repairs. Cleanliness was meh. The AC was incredibly loud and bed was just springs. Also could hear every passing vehicle and motorcycle so sleep was fleeting. It's an average hotel for above average pricing. It needs better cleaning and more updates/repairs and a heads up about the paper thing walls would've been appreciated

There was a chair in the room with stains on it. There was no phone in the room. The bathtub did not drain properly. We were told that we could have another regular room aside from the suite we had.

Breakfast and staff helped a lot!!
Carpets needed changing on stairs and hallways. The room we were in smelled like a cigarette. They had tried to clean it up the curtains and the bedding did not smell like it, they changed filters in ac unit… maybe painting might help, I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from neither could they. Breakfast was great different everyday, I liked that!!! Staff were friendly and attentive. If we needed more towels they gave them to us! Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here before. Hotel is not a fancy one but it is a good place for overnight stay on the way to Disney or a Cruise. Lots of things near it. Easy on and off the hwy .

We are in our mid-40s, and this is not our first time in Ocala, and not our first time at this establishment. This hotel has gone down hill so bad in the past couple years it is sad. Very outdated. Bed was horrific, I would rather sleep on the gravel outside. They did not leave any soap or anything, only a bath towel. The elevator had a cigar shredded open all over the floor and the whole building smelled like marijuana. The person at the front desk had an attitude problem as well.

Ran into a small issue. Where other places would have not done anything to assist the management and desk staff helped and when over and beyond to make sure things were right and I’m grateful for it and hope they get the recognition they deserve

When we first got to the room the fridge was leaking. I'm assuming the seal was bad. There was only the roll of half used toilet paper in the bathroom. When we got a "new" roll from the front desk it was stained with brown stuff. There was only 1 ice maker and it was on the 1st floor. It wasnt working in the morning. The breakfast was good though. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.
