The place was clean but the bathroom was quite small and the air vent was very noisy. The coffee at the breakfast was very weak. They need to improve their morning coffee.

We should have checked that pets were allowed on the property. The room next to us had a howling and barking dog one morning around 7:00AM and the prior night the guest was blasting their TV at the wee hours of the morning. Both incidents were reported so hopefully the next guests will not be impacted, since I believe the room next to us has been staying there long-term. Breakfast options were fair for this hotel's price range. It's an older-style hotel with new renovations that allow me to give the hotel 3.5 stars if I could.

Everything was clean except for the little bit of hair on the floor in the bathroom. They do use a little too much fabuloso. But overall the hotel was clean and I would stay there again. The breakfast was good.

The rooms seem to have received upgrades, and I was comfortable in my quarters. Certain areas of the property could use a little TLC. It's been a while since I've stayed in outward facing hotel rooms. The last time might have been in Mexico, where the doors had a 1-inch gap at the bottom. Experienced the same thing at Equus. Didn't have a huge issue with bugs in the room though. Desk clerks were generally nice. Overall, it was a good stay.
