This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features new furnishings, a huge flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, newer cabinetry along with a new refrigerator, microwave and oven. The dining room furnishings offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers amazing views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a desk for those of you that may need to work. The second bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have TV's. The bathrooms have both have showers. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free WiFi. The balcony offers amazing views of both the bay and the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun filled day at the beach!

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $50 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and paid in cash. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
Building fee will increase in 2024 to $75.00
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
