the hotel staff is really good and they helped us out when needed. the place is located on the boardwalk near the main area ..Thanks for service and stay
The best thing about the property was location location other than that the property is dated built probably in the 80s maintenance people or either understaffed or under experience during during our stay it was a holiday second time we've stayed at this property at this holiday management gets to make up their own rules and hours no maid service whatsoever even had to buy your own toilet paper will look for a different property in the future

Overlooked boardwalk at ocean. Older property with updated kitchen. Murphy beds were comfortable, little parking but no problem in off season. Would stay there again.
If youâre looking for cheap and convenient with little to no amenities this is the place. Pool is incredibly small and in the back of the parking lot. Office staff were friendly but rooms are old and need updating. A/C is cold though!
I called the office to let them know I would not make it in time to grab my keys from the front desk. The lady told me she would leave it in the lock box located by the office. She gave me the code and sent me on my way. I drove 3.5 hours with my 2 kids to get here for my key to not be in the lock box⊠called emergency maintenance and the guy was absolutely no help. Never got back to me after waiting around for about an hour. So around 9pm, I had to take the dreaded 3.5 hour drive back home with 2 unhappy kids because I had already paid $500 for the week and I was not shoving out $200 more for one night that couldâve been avoided. My little family doesnât get to do much because my strict income and work schedule. This was supposed to be a nice little get away and it turned around to be nothing.
Place was close to everything we wanted to do. Room was comfortable, loved waking up to sunrise over the ocean. Didn't love the trash pickup at 6:30 in the morning.
It was very close to the beach. The room was nice and had pull out beds. So if needed one could put the beds away when not using and create more space. It is a small property so easy access to parking lot. But it is a timeshare and they made us move rooms after 1 day stating that owners were coming the next day. This was inconvenient because I had to keep checking my phone at the beach for my other room to be ready. I also didnât like that the bathtub wouldnât drain well. The common areas could have been cleaner but I understand that it is hard to keep up with the sand and water. If you are staying for more than 2 days or so you would need to bring your own toiletries and toilet paper etc as they said that they only supply a â starterâ pack. Kitchen was good.
Parking was VERY limited. I waited 11/2 hours for a space. There is a small garage but only very small cars can fit There are low hanging pipes which most vehicles canât fit under. Once we got a space we didnât move until check out. Had to walk so that limited us exploring.
Hotel is right on the beach which is great
Even when thereâs a lot of noise on the beach once you close the slider itâs pretty quiet in your room
Units are very outdated and smell smoky, though property is posted as smoke free
Tv very small in room
Hotel did not have my reservation made on hotels.com
Luckily they found me a room as they told me initially they were fully booked
