The room smelled of a strong mildew odor. Room could definitely have been cleaned better. There was a lot of hair all over everything. The shower sink was held up by a piece of wood with nowhere to put your bathroom items. When you ran the shower it got water all over the bathroom floor. Desperately needs to be updated.

We encountered two front desk associates who were both amazing. The first was at about 11:30ish on September 29th and the other, about 1am on September 29th. Both were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately the room itself was not good. Several issues in the bathroom including a constantly running toilet.

Incredibly outdated, stains on the shades. No bugs but definitely not the cleanest. Was just enough for us since we were only there to sleep, but not sure we’d rebook.

After reading some of the other reviews I was a little concerned, but place the reasonably priced and better than expected. The fridge and kitchenette were really nice to have. We had some moisture / water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, and they promptly sent someone to look at it and it was better the remainder for the trip. As some of the other reviews mentioned the sliding door in our room to the balcony didn’t lock, but since it was adults in the room we weren’t super concerned but would be worrisome if we had children with us. The bus stop was right at our block with was super convenient as well and helped with getting around.

Everything was great. We were there off season so there were not a lot of people. One thing I did notice laying in bed, was what was dust stuck to the ceiling. It came out in a line from the air conditioning vent. Room 216

Hotel had great amenities! Laundry, pool, work out room, and atrium area. We were pleasantly surprised with a full size fridge and sink. Room was a little worn down, wallpaper peeling tiles cracked, etc. Staff was great and offered to get us anything else in the mornkng. So kind!

The hotel that I have stayed at on multiple occasions has sadly deteriorated- it needs a good update- most annoying was the smell in my room and I couldn’t even open the door to the balcony because the sliding door was off its track and even after I asked for it to be fixed they didn’t do it - can’t stay there anymore - shame because location wise its a good place.
