Beautiful place to stay. Room was spacious and updated. View was nice. Was great to have restaurants onsite. Parking could have been a little better. It was bike week and there were a lot of events going on so parking near the hotel was slim and caused us to not want to go out

The staff was super friendly. The bar tenders and the drinks were great. We had 1 breakfast there which was expensive and totally not worth it. (toast came in cold, the omelett was mediocre and the coffee was not good at all. We had much better luck outside the hotel.

The check in was smooth. A trainee checked us in & was most pleasant and professional. The room, 716, was adequate. Good space but really needs a lounge chair, something other than the 2 hardbacked table chairs. Lighting was extremely poor. After dark with all 3 lights on you still could not see to do anything. Had to keep the TV on for light. The TV had very few viewing options and the remote did not function properly. At 10am when getting into bed the 1st night, the sheets were dirty, filled with sand; obviously not changed after the last occupant. We called & housekeeping came right away and changed both beds. The bathroom was a challenge. The toilet seat was broken. We called for a repair but there was a maintenance emergency . However, once that was resolved there was no follow up re: toilet seat. The shower head is just not functional- no options no functions- you need a standard shower head. The tub floor had very worn skid resistant strips- need to be upgraded. And although we did not request an accessible bathroom, there truly needs to be at least one grab bar in the shower, especially when the tub floor is sooooo slippery. The door is much too narrow! You need to upgrade your complimentary toiletries---very low end. I had to go out to buy shampoo. The Ironing Board cover is very worn & needs replacing and finally, the Coffee Maker, although a name brand, is not adequate; you need at least a 4 - 6 cup drip coffee maker with coffee options. Thanks for the water.

The renovation transformed this resort into a first class operation. Friendly and professional staff made our vacation a pleasant experience. The house keeping staff kept our room clean.

We loved the view of the ocean and Bay! The rooms were modern and very clean! The staff was very friendly! The restaurant was wonderful! Josué was a great waiter, and the food and wine were incredible! We would recommend plastic bags in the trash cans and larger cups for the coffeemakers (the keurigs were odd to operate, and we had to put an extra cup under it to catch all the coffee). Also, the hotel water stopped for a few hours, which caused problems for the toilets and restaurants (and the people who had events that day). All in all, we are glad we stayed and will come back!

A few things: The area rug in our room #920 had old stains. There was a mouse in the men’s bathroom on the T level. Unfortunately we were without running water for several hours with no explanation. Overall decent resort.

We had a nice time during our stay even though there were 2 weddings and a business conference. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will say that getting 4 emails with a welcome letter was a bit ridiculous.

I do not recommend staying here if you are not part of an event like weddings and conferences. When I was told that there is a resort fee of 35 a day (still charged 2 days even though we had one beach day) asked what the fee covers and they said bikes (they only have like maybe 8), towels for the beach, beach chairs and umbrella. Knowing anyone can park there and get on the beach to get towels and chairs is insulting. When we were on the beach the wedding that day dominated the beach, took pictures right in front of us and get this, their kids sat right at the end of my beach lounger with me on it. We left right away. No explanation when we get there on how to access the beach, fitness center or dining and when asked staff was sarcastic. When we ate breakfast the table in the tide room was wobbly and you can’t put the tab on your room (again not resort experience). There is no spa like amenities The pool hot tub is gross and the bar to hold onto to get in is broken and horribly unsafe. We were on the 15 floor. Just so you know there is no real balconies. They are ledges with rails and even from the 15 floor you can hear the dumpsters being collected at 5am. Our room had 2 connecting doors into other room and one of the guest in one of the rooms were partying in and out and you can hear their conversations. Room also smelled like mildew.
