What a hidden gem. Convenient and location were incredible, within walking distance of shopping, dining, entertainment and a grocery store. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very well appointed with comfortable furniture. Plus it was Fido friendly, with an amazing doggie area to the rear of the hotel. The breakfast was a nice surprise, served by a very pleasant woman, the selection of hot food was a nice touch.

It is close to shopping places even grocery store and not to far drive from the beach. You could walk to places. It was really nice loved all the things they offered.

The hotel itself was clean but the “heated” pool was cold, the bed was absolutely terrible and the elevator was 6 months out of inspection on the certificate inside the actual elevator. They told us it wasn’t out of inspection, but why was the certificate never updated. My husband and I checked out after 1 night that was supposed to be a 4 night stay. I did not expect a full refund, as we had stayed a night and leaving early I would even agree I could owe an extra day. But I feel I could have been refunded for 2 nights. I have tried multiple times to speak with the manager, but he was never “available” and hasn’t returned any calls. I decided it wasn’t worth my aggravation to continue trying. We were actually not the only people to check out early. As we were checking in an older gentleman told us he was very angry and leaving because the place was a “dump”. We still checked in for the night, and while I wouldn’t call it a dump, it had its issues. It’s a shame really because the room itself was really nice, but the bed definitely needs replaced/upgraded. While this isn’t the most expensive hotel, it isn’t cheap either that I felt like the beds should be a little better than what they were. I wish this could have been handled better than my having to leave a negative review, but it is what it is.

The front desk staff was very friendly and competent. The kitchen staff was friendly except Teresa who was rude and unfriendly. The refrigerator in my room froze everything and food was trashed. The cleaning staff didn't speak English but was friendly and tried to accommodate.

The bed was so hard we both woke up with our backs hurting a lot. It was very uncomfortable. The furniture in the room is SO cheapo. It just felt like an economy place and I felt like we paid more than it was worth.

I am very happy with my stay. I was there for three nights. Affordable rate, clean room. Friendly staff, and exceptional breakfast. I want to give thanks to Teresa for the breakfast. I have stayed there before and I will stay there in the future.

Great place! Dog friendly with an excellent space for walking the dog. They have a fantastic play structure out there for kids too. Thankful for breakfast but the meats were gross. Sorry. Beautiful place with comfy furniture. Room description didn’t include sofa bed, so nice bonus.

You have to keep the fan on not to hear the front desk or lobby. It could be just our room which was second floor outside of elevator. We paid extra for a non working fireplace. Really loud refrigerator. Hotel had a negative vibe with their signs and notes placed. I’m guessing they must have a lot of theft and shenanigans to have all these notes? Housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 830 ( weekend days) it doesn’t help to put sign out bc you can hear them knocking on all the other doors. I usually do not write reviews but it was just an overall disappointing noisy , negative stay.
