****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Location, Location, Location. Situated near 28th street, you'll love the fact that you are within walking distance to the boardwalk along with some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers, including Jolly Roger Amusement Park. You'll also be conveniently located for sporting events/activities on the beach including the world-famous White Marlin Open and Ocean City Air Show!

The unit boasts hardwood floors, flat screen TV's, and is nicely furnished throughout the unit. You will be pleasantly surprised how spacious this one-bedroom condo feels. When not inside enjoying this beautifully decorated unit, you'll love sitting on the patio where you can keep an eye on the kids as they cool off and play at the pool!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Bay Colony does not have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional Street parking is available.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 28th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

Long weekend stay
Place was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk from main road, the beach, and amusement park. Hosts were super communicative. Would recommend!

Fun family vacation
The condo was spacious, great location and the pool was an added bonus! Having two full beds in one bedroom worked out really well with our 4 year old. We were close to the water park, kids rides, fun restaurants and close to the beach. Neighbors at the condo were very friendly. Great experience!

Fine but not perfect
Decent place to stay for two people but A/C units struggle to keep the place cool and all beds are very uncomfortable, clearly hasn’t been updated in some time. TV is a decade old with only basic cable, no Roku box or Chromecast. You get what you pay for but in this case I should’ve paid a bit more for a hotel with decent A/C and comfy beds.

Nice little condo
The outside of the building was disappointing but the condo was very nice inside. It had everything we needed and was pretty much as described. It was nice to able to sit out on the deck and watch my kids in the pool from there (I would not recommend if your kids are younger because there is no lifeguard). Short walk to the beach and restaurants, entertainment, etc. I would stay here again.

Its been my first time in Ocean City. It was the best experience I've had with a rental. Im glad i chose this over staying at a packed hotel in the area. The kids loved the pool when we had extra time in the evenings. I would definitely stay again if we travel to Ocean city again.

5 Star Beach House
Where do I begin on how WONDERFUL this lovely beach condo was!!? Everything was organized with communication between myself and the property management (from start to finish)! The condo was phenomenal! It was clean to the max (100%)! It had everything we need! The location was a close walk to the beach! The beds were comfy! The kitchen was stocked w/ everything we needed! Myself & my two adult children stayed there over this past weekend! We all said that we would love to stay here again! The pool was fantastic! The neighbors were friendly! The balcony was beautiful to sit on and drink my fresh brewed coffee! There was a table on the deck to eat lunch/ dinner on! The place had everything we could possibly need/ want! WOW- 5 star! We will be in touch next time we need a place to stay in Ocean City! For Sure!!!

Very clean and mostly updated. The master has two queen beds and one bathroom. if you have multiple people, the “one” bathroom, and sharing a room might be an issue for some. I personally enjoyed it and was perfect for my needs.

Great condo!
This location was great. Couple of blocks to the beach, right at the end of the boardwalk. A bit of a walk to the activities on the boardwalk. However, our kids are little and the quiet location with a pool and close beach access worked well for us. Condo was clean. Enough space for four people. Anymore could get tight. Enjoyed out stay and would return in the future.

Overall a great experience and we would come back. As far as the cleaning fee, I’m not okay with that, it was not very clean as they were late getting to our unit, so they rushed. We had to clean when we got there. It was a very nice property and a great location. I don’t feel we should have had to pay a cleaning fee when we had to clean ourselves, and that will be brought up with management.

Amazing
Very clean,looked just like the pictures. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet not far away. I was there with my husband and brother we went there to see the air. We were all impressed with it , and everyone said they would stay there again. It might be good to have a tv in the bedroom, because if the person staying in the living room goes to bed early ,you have no tv to watch, and a new shower head would be good. That’s small things . Just sayin!

The apartment is great. Fully equipped, very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet so you can really enjoy and relax. Close distance to the beach, shops, restaurants. Pool is a great addition! I highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

We were excited to get there and completely satisfied when we left, my husband and I invited my son, his wife and grandkids ages 4 and 2; they stay in the bedroom and we used the sofa bed in living room, which was very comfortable, one little thing tho, toaster didn’t work, so they may need to replace it, we bought a chip one to use it during our stay 😊

Loved the location
This was a great location and perfect for me and my friend to spend a few days. Walkable to the boardwalk, but quiet and peaceful enough to get away. Our only issue was the TV, as we could not get any channels even though the description said cable tv was available. We spent a couple nights fighting with the tv and dvd player (which we also could not get to actually play a dvd). I don't have cable at home so it's always a treat to unwind at the end of the day on vacation so that was disappointing.

Clean, Cozy and Cute
This was my first travel since COVID19 so I was nervous about cleanliness. This was also a trip where being comforted and having a cozy environment was key. I needed a break and stress free. Staying at this property met all of my needs. I felt at home. The place is bright and open and decorated beautifully and up to date. I would definitely recommend this rental and will seek this spot in the future when I return to the area. Thanks for taking the stress out of my accommodations planning.
