This enchanting property features a cozy living room with a futon for additional sleeping space. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing/dryer machine, AC, heating, and WiFi. 2 smart TVs hooked up
to xfinity internet, and both TVs have the option of old school coax fed cable TV.
Full kitchen with pots,pans, dishes, silverware, i do not provide spices, condiments. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. One assigned underbuilding parking space. A quiet family building. Only steps to the beach path. Across street form Roland Powell Convention Center. YOU WILL PROVIDE queen size fitted sheet, sheet, and extra blanket,pillow cases(4) and soaps and towels and wash cloths,toilet paper, paper towels, napkins. Front entrance chairs and balcony are north facing, and is the commom area walkway. The rear deck is private, south facing,can get sunburn year round!

Excellent accommodation. Clean, functional, with amenities and location exactly as advertised. Owner communicated promptly regarding availability and logistics. Screened, sliding doors on both ends for through-ventilation when A/C is not needed. Parking is off-street ‘tuck under’, one flight below the condo.

The trip was great and the location was perfect. The only downside to the place was the pull out bed was absolutely terrible and there were no blankets. I would definitely stay at this location again but would recommend the host to get a new couch/pull out bed. Everything else was amazing and up kept.

Nice place for a couple days
Stayed here for a couple days in October. Overall the condo was very clean. The owner was very forthcoming about how to get into the condo, but there was a few things that we wished we knew better ahead of time. Though there was a message about no linens or soaps, we wish we saw the message earlier in the description rather than at the very bottom. I also wish we knew what size the bed was ahead of time so we could have bought proper sheets rather than have to go by them ourselves. It was nice that he had Roku and Netflix hooked up. Wish he had live tv as well. Wi-Fi was provided, but we had to ask for the information. For next renters, maybe provide a letter on the Wi-Fi instructions and instructions on what needs to be done when leaving after your stay. Knowing then what I know now, I would recommend this place. Just make sure the next renter knows to bring their own sheets and soaps.
