Arrival was ridiculous with not knowing what bldg upon finding from signs in another bldg only to learn must go to second floor to check in never had I seen nor had that before. Upon entering the gentleman behind desk was not friendly, not polite, not welcoming at all.

Great Oceanfront view. The hallway carpet needs replaced, it's old and dirty. Some miner repairs and updates in the room, some plaster broken on rhe walls.

Had a last minute stay, only one night. It was fantastic. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Large jetted tub was a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was spacious, we had a side view of the boardwalk and beach, and were there for the OC Car show. It was wonderful. Even at the end of the boardwalk, we still felt removed enough from all the excitement, but close enough to experience the events and happenings. 10/10 will book again. Check in was easy, parking was convenient, staff was friendly, room was comfortable and the overall quality was worth it.

Room was okay. Telephone didnt work. The cable was awful, the toilet clogged a couple times and the fridge leaked water all over the floor a few times. Beds very uncomfortable

It was misrepresented as a much nicer hotel. Old & falling apart The air conditioning didn’t work, had to wait for maintenance Before I even checked out, couldn’t get into my room Once again, had to wait in the corridor for 20 minutes to get maintenance back up there. Batteries were dead in the key lock. Restaurant was closed during an event weekend. Omg I will never stay there again. My so called “city view” was of a dirty parking lot. I give it a big fat zero
