Jaquire was fire!! She was extremely helpful and kind. This year, parking was tough. The location is on point the room itself was pretty clean although that carpet in the room makes your feet black instantly (wear socks or sandals). You're at the north end of the boardwalk in between 27th and 28th St. Everything you need is in walking distance. Kid and animal friendly. Transportation is available via bus or tram.

We stayed in an ocean front suite for 5 nights and it was a great room. Only dislike was that we didn't get our room cleaned and new towels till the very last night we were there. We had to empty and get rid of our own garbage twice during the week. we put out our sign that we needed maid service everyday but they never came till the last day. I wanted to call the front desk and ask for service but my wife didn't want to get anyone in trouble by complaining about our room not being cleaned and our towels replaced.

Nice place near the boardwalk
The Dunes Suites were nice. It is right at the north end of the boardwalk. It had a large closet with lots of shelves and a safe, which we really liked. The kitchenette worked for what we needed. If you plan on doing meals, not what you need. It did have a toaster and a coffee pot but the pot used the little round coffee filter disks. We took our own coffee pot and coffee. The bathroom was a little small, but was quite sufficent. The water pressure was excellent and we had plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The dead bolt did not work, but we had no issues. All in all it was a good stay and we would definitely return.

Dunes suites is nice.
Dunes suites has an excellent location, right on the ocean with an excellent view of the ocean, and very close to the boardwalk, and nice & clean rooms, but housekeeping came late for a touch up in our room? (extra soap, coffee, and clean towels), which I had to request. Adjoing motel which is part of their property is not very nice, a few rowdy kids made our pool visit not so pleasant. 😞 I wish they had their own pool separately.

We loved the ocean view and rooms were very nice. The only reasons this was not a 5 star over all was parking was over crowded and to get to the beach you have to go out the front and walk around the building ( no rear exit). Otherwise, I highly recommend.
