This is an older property, but well-maintained and so convenient just at the north end of the OC boardwalk. Really competent and friendly staff. Fab ocean view and the sound of the surf is SO chill when you are sitting on the balcony. Very well thought out little kitchen with everything you need to cook. I would definitely stay there again when visiting OC

Beautiful view, great location, friendly staff, and big room at a reasonable price. Our room definitely needed a deep clean though-- stains on shower curtain, bathroom wall, bedskirt, and couch and the AC unit is incredibly loud. We would stay here again.
