Wake up to breathtaking sunrises and endless ocean views at Gateway Grand 1009, a spacious and luxurious oceanfront condo. This stunning three bedroom, three bath retreat is the perfect blend of comfort and style, featuring a panoramic living and dining area that opens onto a private balcony, where you can relax and soak in the sweeping views of the beach. Professionally decorated, this property offers luxury features throughout with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and even a wine cooler, perfect for savoring the moments. Comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests, the condo features a king in the master suite; a queen in the second bedroom and a third bedroom with both a full-size and single bed.
Owner provides complimentary linen package (which includes sheet sets for all beds, bath towels, bathmats and kitchen towels) delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. Also, included is access to the owner's private beach locker, stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Enjoy free WIFI and 4 smart TVs. A washer, dryer, and a child's highchair is provided for a family-friendly experience. Beyond the condo, Gateway Grand offers world-class amenities including indoor and outdoor pools and a kid's playroom. You are within walking distance to dining and entertainment options like Seacrets, Dry85 and Mackys. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk is just a quick drive away.
Gateway Grand requires rentals of seven days, in season, check in is Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
