The hotel lacked a few of amenities that they publicized like wi-fi, business office, & poor customer service because everything was "I don't know". The guys in the morning time serving breakfast were very nice & hospitable.

I was disappointed that I reserved a king bedroom and was given a double bed room. And I don't like that I had to come back to ask why. Other than that though our stay was really nice. Joe, who handles breakfast, is very nice and extremely helpful. He always asked if we were ok before he shut down breakfast each day. He added to make our stay enjoyable.

The Hampton inn is in a great location. The bay view is excellent and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was good with nice choices. Very clean hotel. Nice indoor pool area.

Great family hotel
First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. This level of service made a big difference in our stay. The room, however, was a bit of a letdown. While the bed was very comfortable — we slept great — the room itself felt a little run-down. Some fixtures looked dated, and a bit more maintenance could really elevate the overall experience. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s worth noting if you’re looking for a more polished environment. We were excited to use the indoor pool, but unfortunately, it had an overwhelming amount of chemicals. Even without going underwater, our eyes started to burn from the air alone, which made it hard to enjoy the pool area. If the chemical balance had been managed better, it would have been a much more pleasant experience. On a brighter note, the breakfast options were fantastic! There was a great variety, and everything was well-prepared and fresh. It was the perfect way to start each morning. Overall, it was a decent stay.
