LOVE this hotel for our Christmas get-away!!!! Its always beautifully decorated. Friendly and welcoming staff, bth upon check in and check out. We always stay here in December because not only is it walking distance to Winterfest of Lights, but its quiet and clean!

We had our motorcycles with us to do some riding and on the night it rained, staff allowed us to park undercover-a great convenience. Hotel is very clean, breakfast was very good and staff wonderful!!

Room was not as nice and clean as other hotels
I was given a handicap room, which is ok. Nice view of the park and bay, but big picture window was so dirty on the outside. Toilet seat had under the seat and rim. I always travel with alcohol, so I had to clean it. I’m not sure if the sheets were changed or not from the previous person but it doesn’t feel like it. I’m allergic to dust mites my ankles started to itch and break out, had to put socks on. Clock in room was not on. Television had a different date on from like last year. It said it was July and this is October. Not very happy with this hotel compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Great hotel
Hotel was in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and one less thing I had to worry about on my vacation. Would definitely stay here in the future. Sadly, the pool was already closed for the season.
