They could have done better
Only stay for a couple of nights quick visit the room was not cleaned properly. Trash was left in the bathroom by the cleaning staff hair was in the tub was not cleaned at all.

We only stayed one night but found it good and reasonably priced for location. Check in was a breeze with friendly staff members. We had loud neighbors and told the front desk who immediately changed our room which made our stay enjoyable to not listen to the noise of doors slamming, loudly knocking on doors, people singing loudly, and people shouting at each other. We appreciated that the staff was able to immediately address our concerns and fix the problem. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. I would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Best value for a clean and well kept hotel. Front desk staff super nice and welcoming. Front lobby tastefully decorated for the season and sure to make anyone feel Christmasy.

A very nice 2 queen bed room. Comfy bedding. Had a good night's sleep. Friendly night & day shifts. Stayed 1 night to see the annual Winterfest of Lights. What a spectacular display.

LOVE this hotel for our Christmas get-away!!!! Its always beautifully decorated. Friendly and welcoming staff, bth upon check in and check out. We always stay here in December because not only is it walking distance to Winterfest of Lights, but its quiet and clean!
