We confirmed reservations with friends to be booked with rooms next to each other. When we showed up, they would not accommodate and put us in other floors. They closed the kids pool for an entire day. When our 4 year old asked the life guard why, his response was a kid “sh*t in the pool, what do you want me to do”. Not very appropriate to say to a kid. The have a Hottub in the kids pool section but is limited to adults only and the life guards are extremely strict with it. If it’s adults only, the Hottub should be in the adults pool section. This was a tease to the kids who were not big enough to use the adult pool while the kids pool was closed for an entire day plus multiple times throughout the day, everyday. When they are charging this much money for families to stay, they should try to be more friendly to kids, especially when all they wanted to do was put their feet in with adult supervision.

Absolutely no complaints about our stay. Allowed an early time to check in and a hour late check out. Quiet place right on the boardwalk far enough away from public parking that it wasn’t crowded. If there is any complaint it would be minimum parking to where the overflow parking gets completely full that we were lucky to even get a spot in there. I wouldn’t even call that a complaint, just find your spot and that’s that. Balcony was spacious for us to play card games late night with 6-8 people. Needed more coffee k cups and they just gave us 10 without question. Loved it and will be back. Never even went to the pool as the beach was right there and we are beach bums. Free laundry and free ice. Totally worth the trip. Will be back.

This hotel is a perfect location if you want to enjoy Ocean City, MD. There were two beautiful outdoor pools to use as well as being just a sidewalk away from stepping right onto the beach. It is very short walking distance to all the little shops and restaurants, but without all the noise & hustle and bustle. We enjoyed a great lunch at the hotel's restaurant & bar which also had another swimming pool. Our oceanfront view room was a bit pricey, but we did go during peak season, so it was expected. We would definitely stay here again!
