Just...meh
Walls and ceilings must be paper thin, because we heard everything from the upstairs (1st floor). It sounded like a couple of small elephants in the room as well as slamming doors or rearranging furniture half the night, dropping bowling balls from 6ft in the air, or perhaps doing demolition above us. We made a couple complaints to the front desk and was told later it was an elderly person using a walker in the room directly above, so I believe there had to be others visiting or staying in the room or running rampant in the hallways and the problem wasn't fully addressed that night-ie no sleep(NYE). The room was clean and very spacious, however there was a large hole in the extra blanket for the sofa bed and the mattresses felt thin and not supportive enough. The HVAC fan in our room made a lot of noise and the bathroom exhaust fan did not help at all with clearing condensation of shower.Overall, breakfast was good for selections, even had a few GF options like Udi's bagels; and the pool was small but water was warm and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and kind. I was just disappointed slightly given that it is by Hilton and was no nicer than other lower budget hotels. There were also quite a few drop ceiling tiles falling down in the parking garage, so we were weary about parking under it. The location was easy to find and overall, I'd give it maybe a 3 out of 5 stars, but it would definitely not be on my top choices of places to stay in OCMD again anytime soon.

We have stayed here before however this time it was too noisy in the hallways n the room above us. Maybe due to new years eve people were having too much fun n were quite loud. I suggest if you stay here get a room on the top floor.

The hotel is good overall. I recommended for families with small kids. The major thing that I didn’t appreciate is that the fridge wasn’t working in the room. I complained to the front desk but nobody stopped by to check/fix the issue. I ended up pouting to the trash more than 70$ of groceries. The client deserves better service and the hotel needs regular maintenance.

This was my second time her was a little disappointed that this a pet friendly hotel that do t mind just didn’t appreciate the dog barking throughout the night, that stayed in the room next door but other than that highly recommended!!!

Made the reservation thru Expedia, check-in was simple but surprised when told they would be putting a $60 credit hold on the card. We had requested first floor, accessible room, receptionist double checked a couple rooms and said they smelled strongly of disinfectant, would we mind one with a shower instead. Once in the room, we started to put a few things in the fridge and noticed it was quite warm, adjusted the thermostat to max but by morning, still not cold. On the way to breakfast, told the front desk about the fridge and before we finished our breakfast, someone was there to swap out our non-working one for a working, already cold fridge. Speaking of breakfast, it was the same each of the 3 mornings, I never had the same thing twice, omelets, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, cold cereal and fruit. The room was clean, well laid out, king size bed, pull out sofa, an ottoman, dresser, desk/work area, closet area, and the kitchenette, while no stovetop there was note indicating to get one (and skillet) from the front desk, having real plates, silverware, mugs and glasses, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and hiding in a drawer, a toaster, all are a real plus. Cons to our visit: shower gel container was empty and the pocket door to the bathroom seemed to be missing an inside handle or means to open it once closed, minor issues overall. They have pool and gym but the best feature was the outside lounge area, with seating around a gas firepit.

The property dont have smart TV's. So you're left to watch whatever is on the few channels they give you. It also sounded like the people where coming through the ceiling. Walls seem super thin.
