The worst experience I’ve ever had with any reservation! I reserved 2 rooms both rooms had no heat. My room was king size my daughter and grandchildren had double beds. The second room they got the heat working. That’s the room my grandchildren and daughter was in m. My room still had no heat it was freezing cold. They moved me to another room. I woke up the next morning in that room to a non flushing toilet and I had a cold from the cold room the night before! They ended up moving once again to another room where I finished my visit. Worse experience ever!!!

The hotel was under renovation. The halls were ice cold and smelled of marijuana. The room was pretty clean. The refrigerator in the room was slightly cold. There were no items for purchase other than small bottles of water in the lobby which I was banking on after a long trip.

Overall very good. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Easy to find, easy parking. One thing that needs help is the contintential breakfast. It was hardly anything, even the coffee and creamer did not look appealing.
