I really liked the rooms. Parking in front of your room is difficult. The pool was excellent.

Location is nice
The wifi is nonexistent, the sliding bathroom door that had no track on the bottom so it just flaps in the wind never really giving you privacy, the beds are uncomfortable and there is no outdoor sitting area as we were in the building behind 7-11. The lower area had a spot that would be perfect for sitting outside but it was empty of any chairs. The main 2 buildings in the front have a veranda between them but when I asked if we could come sit on it to watch the street the girl at the front desk told me “as long as you don’t disturb the other guests”. But it was ok for a family to post up in the corner of it 24/7 and smoke weed even though the signs all the way down it say no smoking. I’d stay again because I liked our room as it had a sitting area with little table to eat at. There are no frills but very clean, close to the boardwalk, and relatively quiet until the drunks come back knocking on doors because they forget what room they’re staying in.

The stay was convenient pay for a room to sleep in for a good price, tight parking but parking is available, staff was friendly, when we entered the room we noticed there was still some sand in the floors, showers were nice.

If I could pick 0 stars I would. Our room was located in the turtle building near the pool. Upon entering the room you realize the pictures of the rooms online are deceiving. The rooms are very small and there is no room for suitcases. The bathroom door did not close without forcing it and then you had a difficult time exiting. When we entered the room I heard the toilet The worst part was the toilet being broken and shooting water everywhere. There are no phones in the room which requires you to walk to the front desk for help.

Property is clean. Rooms are tiny And there's no coffee breakfast or basically any amenities at all. It's a bare bone motel but it's green I'm the bed is comfortable.

It worked well for us. It was small, just a shower no closet or hanging rack but had a full fridge and microwave. The bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't lock, so might be a privacy issue for some. We were only my husband, our 3 year old and myself. I made sure daddy got the privacy he needed when he was in the bathroom. Crossing, I think it's called Baltimore Ave, a slight issue at times with all our beach stuff since the pedestrian crossing is not off the hotel, but no biggie really. Great location close to everything. With a 3 year old, we were very close to the playground and carnival rides. It was a good stay, we'll stay there again, it was priced fairly.

Nice little gem.
Our stay was just a night as we were coming into town. The location can’t be beat, the condition of the hotel is to be expected for what you’re paying. We stayed in the Octopus building which backs right up to the 7/11 which turned out to be very convenient. The condition of the rooms is pretty good, the bathroom faucet was a little loose and rusty, but the room overall wasn’t bad. The bed was comfortable, but could have used more pillows for the bed.

Great Value for an Excellent location.
Excellent location, close to the boardwalk and beach. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. Pool was clean, but could use some shading. Rooms are not spacious or well-equipped, but the AC works great!!
