The location is great but having an additional $30 fee at check in for "amentities" seems like greedy money grabbing. With that being said our room, which was spacious, dod not have an iron, the ironing board was torn, the coffee maker had dirt where you insert.water, and the air conditioner sounded like an engine cranking up every time it turned on. The sir conditioner definitely has a problem and needs serviced. Lastly, we were told we could not pay to park a 2nd car because the lot was full when the reality was not even half of the spots had a car in it during the whole stay. Only stay here for the location is what I would recommend.

The hotel was fine for what it was - no frills, but clean. The staff was friendly, however they weren't allowed to offer a late checkout, though I could leave my car parked there on checkout day if I wanted to. Easy walk to the beach, plus there is a private sound side beach which I didn't visit. The onsite "pub and eatery" was not serving food, so that was a little disappointing. Overall, it was fine for my needs, but probably wouldn't stay there again.

While this hotel is a bit dated (everything in Ocean City is at this point), it was clean & had a wonderful bayside access & view. The beach is an easy walk. Parking was free & convenient.

Absolutely great stay for 3 days for us in our 40s had my own beach on the bay rooftop pool great room with a bay view and a huge fridge lol would stay again next year! And the biggest plus so much parking. You can actually leave to go somewhere and it worry about coming back and not having a spot
