Love the hotel itself and the people who work there only negative is they forgot to do our room one day so we had to go get towels and no trash can liners

The room needs better cleanliness. The carpet is not frequently vacuum. Beside that the bed and beddings are change frequently. I love that the hotel is located right next to the boardwalk and the beach.

Staff was on hand and could be seen cleaning and maintaining the property throughout the day. Staff and front desk were very helpful pointing out great restaurants and points of interest. Pool was cleaned each morning. (I had a poolside room.) rooms were clean. Air conditioner cooled the room well. All around great experience. Located in the center of the Boardwalk.

Great location, horrible service
The location was awesome. However housekeeping never came to the room. We had to go to the front desk every day and ask for clean towels, soap and all. Not once did house keeping come in and change out the bedding. We had to empty trash ourselves. Never even cleane the bathroom.
