Great for large reunions. 2 units will accommodate up to 24 people. Located in mid-town, on the ocean side, just a few feet to the beach. The property is conveniently located to BJ's on the Water, Bayside Skillet, and beachwear stores. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen, TV, large deck with some views of the ocean and the bay. Within 200 feet to the beach. Linens and towels are provided for full week reservations only. UNIT RENTS ON A SATURDAY - SATURDAY BASIS DURING PRIME TIME. Mini-weeks and weekends are accepted in off season.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Roomy. Close to beach. Generally quiet. Nice neighbors. Some downfalls: musty smell in house that permeated our belongings, uneven flooring, outside porch step lights weren't working at night. Suggestions: more lighting would be helpful, especially in showers; add handrails and non-slip shower treads to tub areas for safety.

We were very happy with the property! Everything was as expected and when we had a problem with one of the shower drains a maintenance person came by within a few hours to fix it.

Really close to the water.
We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in ocean city. It’s very much a city, lots of people and traffic. What we liked: Tons of restaurants and things to do. The A/C works really well in the house. The beach isn’t very long so the house is very close to the water which we loved. Nice front porch to sit on with a table to eat on if you like. What we didn’t like: Trash trucks come every day sometimes at 6am and are very noisy. The A/C doesn’t work very well in the back bedroom on the right. If you keep the door open it works much better. The kitchen could use some bigger frying pans, the can opener was broken , and the dish washer was broke. The Apartment is a little beat up and could use some updating. Overall we had a great time and I’m glad we stayed there.

Great Location, Some Repair Issues With Good Response
The property was in a great location near the beach, comfortable, and the property was clean. The microwave and the dishwasher were not working however. We called and someone came to check out the issues later that day. A new microwave was installed, which was great, but no one told us the new microwave had been installed. It would have been better to be notified when the issues were fixed. On our last day, we noticed that the wall behind the replaced microwave was leaking. Overall, it was a nice place, but I think there were a lot of issues that needed to be addressed during a one week stay.

Seas the Day 1
The ceiling light glass fixture fell from the ceiling and broke over the table. Leaving us with no Dining Room light almost our whole trip. The kitchen sink had a small leak, we had to put towels under the cabinet because it was leaking on the floor. When notifying the company they said they would send someone the bext day to take a look...I walked into the company to notify them in person, letting them know what happened and its not a major issue, no rush. They said someone would be there that day...(We arrived on Saturday, events occurred Sunday, I went in on Monday) Nobody stopped all week. The back right bedroom had no A.C. it was hot every morning. All other rooms were cool. The trash can foor pedal was broke. The outside shower (to rinse sand off feet) was tapped together. Broke near the end of the week, we tapped it back together. Just annoyed there was no communication on their part after I called and stopped down. So I didn't bother notifying them the rest of the week, of other problems that occurred because of the way the handled our first to problems...(we were only 6 blocks down from the company) Positive note. It was close to the beach, no problems with neighbors, and had a big front porch.

Wonderful!
The pricing for this home was so affordable. We were less then a block away from the beach! The pictures are not deceiving either. I plan to stay again with my family.
