Flooded with light all day long, this 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo is the perfect getaway! Pets are allowed. There is no required minimum stay.

There is a lots of deck space for outdoor dining and entertaining, high-end SS appliances, breakfast bar, reserved parking space plus an additional 1/2 space.

There is street parking, newer windows, custom reversible blinds, new storm door with coded entry (safety) and a reversible screen/window. A new HVAC was installed in 2021, new flooring and all located in a great location. The outside balcony can view the extra wide canal!

It is a great location for sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks. The short street ends in a cul-de-sac so traffic is minimal. It’s an easy walk to Food Lion, Wawa, CVS, Starbucks, McDonald’s, The Greene Turtle and the Fractured Prune. There are many restaurants, attractions and every Summer Weekend Ocean City has an event. Paddleboat and kayak rentals are within a short distance down the street. The beach is five -minute walk. The Boardwalk, Assateague Island and Fenwick Village are a short drive.

THINGS TO KNOW

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

This stay was one of the Most dirtiest places i've ever stayed. There was bodily fluids on the bed & Blankets. Everything smelled. I had to wash everything day one just to feel semi comfortable in that condo. Whoever owns his condo needs, rip the carpeting out and put laminate flooring or vinyl laminate. The place smell like straight mildew.

Family Memorial Day Stay
The property was clean and nicely taken care of. All of the basic amenities you will need. A great view of the canal and a short walk to the beach. Easy access to Dunkin Donuts, Food Lion and The Green Turtle. A dog park across the canal for easy dog walks and cleanup. I have nothing but positive things to say.

Lovely home on the canal
The home was lovely and located near several amenities. The carpet was quite dirty and in need of a deep cleaning and the washing machine was inoperative but otherwise the home was perfect for our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable and it was perfect for our family.
