Renovated Victorian Home 5 mins walk to Beach and Asbury Park 6 beach tags

This home is a quaint older but completely renovated Victorian with a cozy front porch and is located just 3 1/2 short blocks from the Beach just beyond the Great Auditorium and just a few short blocks from the center of town (Main Street), the famous Day's Ice Cream and a very short walk to the foot bridge leading to Asbury Park!
We provide all sheets/linens and towels and general household supplies such as dishwashing and laundry supplies, paper towels and shower essentials.. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking supplies and a full set of dinnerware and cutlery. There is also a Nespresso Virtuoline Coffee Machine with frother, Vita-Mix blender, a conventional coffee maker, toaster, electric hot water kettle and microwave oven.

There is a full-sized front load washer/dryer conveniently located in the rear of the first floor. The side yard is completely fenced with a new barbeque grill as well as an outdoor shower. The home has 1 gig internet & wi-fi, three new large smart TVs, new Apple computer and
all new state-of-the art furnishings. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen-size bed and also another large King bedroom on the second floor with adjustable base bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed. All mattresses are brand new. We also have an additional full bath with large walk-in shower on the second floor ****6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED****

1 non-shedding small dog under 20 lbs at owner’s discretion** on case-by-case basis.

Wonderful retreat
I have no complaints. We had a wonderful experience. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils. We sat on the front porch with friends and chatted with friendly passersby. I can’t wait to come back.

We had a great weekend stay! House has a fantastic location- in the heart of Ocean Grove but only a few minutes walk from Asbury Park. The house is cozy, well stocked and a wonderful front porch for hanging out. Owner was very responsive and flexible, I would definitely rent again

From our first step on the front porch we felt the house to be very welcoming. Location is great and the house had everything we needed including very lovely and artistic decor! Beautiful home in great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Ocean Grove. Karen and Liz were excellent hosts. The house was well appointed, clean, and had a lot of beach essentials which was very helpful in packing. I was located convenient to the downtown area of Ocean Grove, and to the beach. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful house and great location
This house is in a great location that is safe and then walkable to all the restaurants in Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. It has a decent size porch to be able to hang out and watch the world and the apartment has all the mod cons that you could want. Kay and Elizabeth were very communicative all the way through and able to respond to any issue. Providing coffee, toiletries, paper goods is excellent as you just want to arrive and relax rather than need to do a big shop day 1. Aircon and heat both work well and the property was well maintained.

Great host, great location, very cute and clean
The host, Karan, was very accommodating when I needed a last minute booking and called me the night of check in to be sure that I knew where I was going, since I was checking in late, which was very helpful. The house is well-maintained, very clean, and beautifully decorated with thoughts to every detail, including a many cool books to look at or read. The kitchen is fully stocked, which is great if you plan to cook. My family and I stayed there to attend a family funeral, and this comfortable setting made the trip a little easier. Thank you Karan and Liz!

Ideally Located Beach Home
If you're looking for the best location for a stay in/near Ocean Grove/Asbury Park, this is it! Everything you could want is within easy walking distance. This home was a great home base away from home. Karen and Liz were very easy to contact and responsive. We loved the covered patio, and the wagon provided for our use was a life saver for trips to the beach. While we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, I would not recommend this property for families with toddlers unless you are prepared to have eyes on them at all times. Also, the twin bed room does not have a door.

Fantastic house and location.
This is a beautifully renovated and fantastically located house. The house had everything we needed for a stay with our family. We could walk to everything in a few minutes and the historic victorian surrounding are really wonderful.

Great location
Overall a nice place to stay. The only down sides was there was no parking near the house, having to carry luggage a block or 2 away was challenging. It got a bit chilly and there was no heat, but lots of blankets made it manageable.

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The house is in a great location in Ocean Grove which was quiet and nice, but it was only a very short walk to Asbury Park. The house is well stocked with what you need for your stay in terms of linens, appliances, utensils, etc.

Right in the heart of the community
We have been coming to Ocean Grove to vacation with friends for many years. We had a last minute change of plans and had to find a new rental. Well, this rental did not disappoint. Check in was a breeze. Although just be aware that parking can be very difficult on the weekends. We found a nearby spot on the Friday we arrived and didn’t move until Tuesday. The location is amazing. We had tent homes right across from us which was delightful. We lacked for nothing as far as the house went. A very nice porch and a small seating area out by the grill. To go to the beach (just a few blocks) there were chairs, beach umbrellas and a sturdy beach wagon. Plenty of towels, two nice showers. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pans etc. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and updated. I would highly recommend this rental! Having a bedroom on the first floor is definitely a plus for anyone with mobility issues. This circa 1871 house does have steep stairs to the second floor (like almost every other house we’ve rented in Ocean Grove) so I would bring a baby gate or two if you have little ones.

True To Your Word
Everything that was claimed was true. Great coffee, big fridge, washer and dryer, great location, walking distance to major activities, and instant communication with owner. Unique neighborhood. Street Parking was always available. We drove to several activities and still found plenty of parking when we got back. Great porch for sitting and enjoying the neighborhood. Lots of TV,s. Bathroom supplies. Super clean.

Perfect Family Get Away
This was the perfect place to stay for a week with my family and start off our summer. We were close to Asbury shops and Ocean Grove. Home was clean and perfect size. Owner was very responsive and even helped us as we needed help finding the house when we first arrived. I sent him a message and he called within minutes. Front porch was perfect for morning coffee, ready and late afternoon family talks. Thank you!
