We expected newer more updated room for the amount we paid. We had to pay $50 more to get a better room and a refrigerator. The staff were nice. Breakfast was good but the eating utensils were cheap plastic and didn't work very well.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Smelled of chmicals. When booked it stated that we would have a view of the courtyard but that wasn't the case. Instead thwe had a loud chrysler parked two feet from the window.

When we arrived, our bed sheets had coffee stains all over them. we had to have staff come and change all the sheets. After our stay they accused us of staining their bed so bad with coffee that they could not use the mattress anymore. they wrongfully charged us $75 and refused to give a refund despite the stains not coming from us. We were barely in the hotel room during our stay and never brought coffee into the room. Nor could have even slept on the bed with a spill that large.

Great place to stay with kids!
Awesome place, not very far from the shops and restaurants and the beach. They include breakfast every morning which was pretty good and it was helpful with a kiddo. The pool and the Jacuzzi were both nice, the bubbles didn't work but the water was nice and hot so it still felt great. The whole place was quiet, the employees were extremely nice and polite and helped us with no problems multiple times. We had such a blast and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we come back to Ocean shores!

It was fine. Had that lived in feeling instead of a fresh newly cleaned room. Getting to the buffet was confusing. Felt very junior high cafeteria. Not off my list of options, but not a high contender.

We choose this place for the hot tub and pool. Hot tub was broken, pool was dirty. Doors didn't lock. No screen on slider door. Was definitely not worth the $637 we paid for a 2 night stay.

The property is under new owner operator/management. W me have stayed here before. The last management team was okay. But this new team obviously has pride of ownership. And they should be proud. The property offers a superb value option and the new management team is friendly and committed to guest satisfaction. Good luck guys. We will gladly be back soon.

Will not be staying here again, theres plenty of properties in the area, I would stay somewhere else. I was here for a business trip and we ended a day short, the hotel manager blocked my request for a partial refund and I paid for a night stay even though I had left a day before.

It was a good 1 night stay its a long walk to the beach but 2 blocks down the street you can drive onto the beach. The staff was great and easy to work with
