Located on the first floor, the first bedroom boasts 2 twin beds, accompanied by a cozy sitting room featuring a convenient sofa bed. The Owner's suite beckons with a luxurious king bed, TV, and a generously sized bathroom ensuite featuring both a shower and tub.

Transition into the formal dining area, offering a perfect setting for communal meals and memorable conversations. A well supplied kitchen awaits, complete with additional dining area and kitchen island offers seating for 5, ideal for morning coffee or casual snacks. A screened porch with additional seating, and spacious deck, grill, outdoor shower, and patio provide outdoor living space, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing after a day at the beach.

The second level offers a versatile loft, acting as an additional bedroom. Comfy couches, a TV, and two daybeds with trundles and an extra floor mattress, a double bed, offer flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

Bedroom 4 offers a queen bed and bedroom 5 has a pyramid bunk, twin over full. These two bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. The sixth bedroom offers a king bed, complemented by a nearby hallway bathroom.

This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $65/PER PERSON/PER WEEK.

To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds.
