Welcome to your Oceanside beachfront retreat, a luxurious haven designed for unforgettable family vacations. This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.

Step inside to discover a spacious living room, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Each bedroom features a plush king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The master suite boasts a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, complete with a BBQ grill and fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars.

The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to two furry friends to join your seaside adventure. Linens, beach towels, and Wi-Fi are provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Nice, roomy house, well appointed with kitchen and bath stuff, INCREDIBLE location. No sandy beach but you can climb down the rocks to the ocean at low tide. Great patio, bbq, hot tub. Highly recommend.

Oceanside Girls' Getaway: A Perfect Duplex Delight!

Our recent girls' weekend at this Oceanside duplex was an absolute blast, and we can't recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly enjoyable.The host's communication was top-notch, even before we arrived. They were super responsive and helpful with all our pre-trip questions, and it was so thoughtful of them to check in on us during our stay. It really made us feel well looked after.The duplex itself was a fantastic find. We loved that it was set back from other properties, giving us a little extra privacy for our much-needed relaxation. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the welcome coffee and snacks were such a sweet touch – perfectly fueled our first morning!One of our favorite perks was enjoying our morning coffee and evening wine from the balcony, with lovely views of the water. While it's good to know this is a duplex with a shared, but clearly divided, outdoor space, we had absolutely no issues with the other guests during our stay – it felt completely private.The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short stroll from the pier and some fantastic restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local scene. And the off-street parking was a huge bonus in a busy beach town.Overall, this Oceanside duplex was the perfect home bas

Unfortunate decision

The view is great but beyond that- there’s not much left to desire. The cleaning lady was still there when we arrived for checked in- which felt uncomfortable. Upon walking in, the place looked tidy, but not necessarily clean. Corners were dirty, and one of the duvet covers appeared to have a very recent and fresh stain on it. The house has been converted so there are some strange features in it. Seems as though they cut a lot of corners. There are light switches that don’t work, holes in the wall leading to interior parts of the home, old windows, sinks that don’t work and doors that are very difficult to lock. All of this might have been ok- because of the location, but unfortunately we had a very scary incident on our 2nd night. The neighborhood that the house is in is not the safest- therefore security should be of utmost importance for the property management company- Beachfront Only. There is little to none in terms of safety beyond doors with locks- many of which are very challenging to close. The second night an unknown man came into the home through a slider on the floor level. He came in screaming and yelling- it was terrifying. He was reluctantly chased away and police were called, however, unfortunately he was never apprehended. We travelled with children and felt completely unsafe so decided to leave early. We realize that this is not the home owner nor property managers fault and they came to check on us- however- there has been little recourse. Disappointing.

We loved, loved! this location. Oceanside is easy access to greater San Diego, and we were on the beach. Beautiful waves, sunsets. The outdoor area is superb. Staff were a bit challenging to get help with property issues, though only a couple things came up. Light out front door was out, never fixed, and coming down stairs at night- used my phone. We had an unfortunate issue wiht front door locking us, in, as opposed to out. Fixed that night after multiple calls. You will love this location, but ensure staff are ready to address any issues with property when you book it.

Birthday Weekend at the Beach

Amazing location right on the waterfront with beautiful views and the sunset. Plenty of space in the backyard with the ocean as the backdrop. Close to restaurants and bars. Only downside was no direct access to the sand from the backyard.

Beautiful views with some maintenance hiccups

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. The accommodations were adequate. We were very disappointed with the number of broken and poorly maintained furnishings. Aaron, the maintenance person who fixed the major items we requested repaired was a rock star and single-handedly saved our trip. He even found two more chairs for our 8-person group. Contrary to the listing description, this property does not have easy access to the beach. The stairs are broken and inaccessible. This property has amazing potential, with some better maintenance and TLC, it would be an absolute gem.

Can’t beat the view

The view was worth 90% of the expense. The house is what would be expected if you are familiar with living by the beach. A little worn, but everything you would need to enjoy your time there!

50th Wedding Anniversary Gift to Parents

For the first time in over 10 years my siblings and I gathered to be together for our parents wedding anniversary. Beautiful property in a great location where you hear the water from every corner of that house. However, construction loud drilling next door woke us up on our first morning 8am. Sent a text to the property manager with a video of the construction and he just simply replied -- "Im sorry about this, that property does not belong to us."

Perfect mother-daughter getaway weekend spot!

Four mother-daughter pairs stayed here and we had a wonderful time! The moms enjoyed happy hour on the lawn while the daughters took instagram pics on the rocks and beach. One morning the girls made the moms breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen and we ate on the balcony - perfect. The only downside is the bathroom situation, as two of the three bathrooms have to be accessed via a bedroom.

Beachfront Bliss

This is a great vacation home for the price. It seems almost underpriced considering it's on the beach. Biggest drawback is that the beach is quite rocky-bouldery, making it unusable during high tides, but a fairly nice sandy beach appears during low tides. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks at high tide is quite loud and awe-inspiring. The house itself is very nice and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The layout/floorplan takes some getting used to, as there are split levels. It's in a nice neighborhood with stores, restaurants, etc. not far away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the front door handle not functioning properly. But we contacted management who had the problem fixed within a short time.

Place needs remodel

There is mold and unfinished walls in closets with mold. Smells like mold throughout. Nice location but place needs remodeling for the price they charged.

Great Location with Strange Floorplan

Swimming only available during low tide! Very poor access to sand during low tide (climbing over treacherous rocks!) It is really 4 bedrooms which was great! One shower functioned only poorly and water was only super hot or super cold. Management was extremely quick and responsive as I had to ask for the the Keurig which was in their advertisement and I had emailed ahead to be sure it was there. I also had to request a ball for the fusball table. The combination lock to the front door stuck and we couldn't get back in if we left. They were very quick to repair the lock and also repaired the way the door slammed suddenly and quickly every time it was opened!

It is right at the beach. Some of the appliance did not work: coffee grinder and coffer maker. Some concern on safety as the side walk/ stairs open directly to public which allow access to the two master bedrooms. Therefore, the master bedrooms glass slide doors to the backyard need to be locked. However, these slide doors are facing directly to the ocean making it difficult to enjoy fully the openness to the ocean.

Nice, but big security concerns.

First, let me say the property was well appointed and comfortable. It would have been outstanding except for a two BIG security issues. The rear yard and beach is completely unrestricted. Where you would have expected a gate there was NOTHING which meant dogs could get right out to the front of the house and busy residential street/cars. Of course this also means anyone walking down the street can walk right in. This wasn’t ideal but we purchased a doggy gate and propped it up to at least slow the dogs down and it was ok. There are two bedrooms on ground level with access to the yard. The only ventilation in these rooms comes from sliding glass doors to the beach. I wanted the one in my room open at nice to hear the waves and for the breeze, but with the unrestricted yard access, it wasn’t safe. The lock on the slider in the other room didn’t work so it couldn’t be locked at all. For the $ we spent, I was disappointed.
