Villa Del Mar - B103 at North Coast Village

A direct west-facing condominium, this is one of the premier condos in North Coast Village, with a great ocean view from the moment you walk in the door! The cozy yet elegant living area is beautifully furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and two chairs. The living room has a 55 inch UHD LG Smart TV. The kitchen features granite countertops and is open to the dining and living areas. The ensuite bedroom has a king size bed. The sunny balcony is the perfect place to have a leisurely meal and unwind.

Enjoy lots of sunshine year-round and watch the sailboats go by as you relax on your comfortable plush sofa. Granite counter tops and stone fireplace, and your own ocean-view balcony are just a few of the many amenities.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. The complex consists of nine three-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! 1st floor location. View of the next buildings roof and beyond that the ocean. Due to the size of the property there are a lot of people out. Was awoken a few times from conversations outside. Unfortunately all sounds from the upstairs unit reverberated down; people walking, getting out of bed, moving kitchen chairs, etc.

Very well maintained and amenities are great! Location was perfect for walking to everything. Check in was a bit confusing because we arrived late and it wasn't clear where to check in. Laundry was very confusing on how to pay. But overall it was a great 3 week vacation there! We will go back to this property!

Overall the condo was well equipped, very clean and located in a great location close to the beach in a nice complex with lots of amenities (pool & hot tub). Generally the condo was quiet however some construction in an adjacent condo for several days was a little disruptive, but the owner accommodated us for this inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again.

A little bit of paradise

The rental unit was as described, very clean and functional for the two of us. The location was great because it was a 2 minute walk to the beach where we simply relaxed, read and just listened to the waves and wind. A most pleasant stay overall. The unit was ok for our purposes. We were in Oceanside to see new born grand baby and knew we would only be in the unit to hang our hats and sleep so the unit met those needs. While the unit was clean and well stocked with necessities it is not a place we would rent again if we were to use it for a true vacation and to spend more time in. Ocean view was limited. The layout of the unit , especially, the space where bathroom sink was, was cramped and difficult to utilize if someone wanted to walk past. If someone wanted use sink while another was sleeping it would be disruptive to the one sleeping. Sofa was not comfortable and needed to be replaced in my opinion. Heard people on floor above walking around which was annoying and disruptive to sleep. Verticals window blinds, especially in bedroom, need to be replaced. The vertical window blind in bedroom had missing vein on end which meant we needed to place a pillow to assure privacy. Unit was just OK!

We truly enjoyed our week in this spacious condo. It was close to the ocean and marina with easy access to numerous golf courses in the area. The condo was well stocked if eating in. The complex was quiet and I enjoyed seeing the waves roll in every day.

The condo was exceptional. The ONLY thing that I didn't like was the fact that the neighbors were very loud and kept me up through the night. The walls are thin. Other than that. I LOVED it there! Very homey.

The balcony view on this property was beautiful. The property was well-stocked and felt more updated than many other properties we’ve stayed at. The location is very close to the assigned parking and made loading and unloading easy and fast. We did have ants throughout the condo, so we kept our food bagged. We were also a little upset that the game room materials were not all there (missing pool balls) although this is a property issue for the entire place, not this particular unit. We would highly recommend this unit and intend to book it again.
