Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, including coffee machine,dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/range, microwave, & refrigerator with built in water filter. All the cooking utensils you could need!
Recessed lighting throughout, 2 flat screen HDTV's, and tastefully decorated in coastal decor.
1 parking space and plenty of street parking.

One block from te beach
Our stay was wonderful. We walked to the beach every day. The sunsets were amazing. There were lots of choices for coffee and food a short walk away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated having a dresser for holding our clothes. Laney was really prompt in responding and very kind.

Amazing location
I recently had to evacuate LA due to the fire so I scrambled for a place to stay. I was able to book this terrific apartment the same day and they were very accommodating. The location is perfect, quiet and safe! Just one block to the beach so I was able to go and see the sunset every night. Definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay in Oceanside - the property is is 2 blocks from the ocean, and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen and laundry was so handy and everything was clean. The pull out sofa bed was the only downside in our stay - we found out too late that upon request a cot could have been brought in and we wish we had done that instead. But that said, we will likely book again next year!!

Perfect place in Oceanside
My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son at Camp Pendleton. We wanted a place to cook some good meals, wash clothes and just relax. This place checked all of our boxes. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and not a far walk to the beach. Really, everything you need is in walking distance or a short drive. It provided a place for my family to relax and enjoy Oceanside. The owner was very responsive to my requests and questions. I will definitely be staying here again when we return to Oceanside.

Loved this place!
We stayed 3 nights here and loved the property. It had everything we needed, was close to a great coffee shop and very close for long walks on the beach down to the pier. The area was also quiet at night which we appreciated. My wife and I stayed here with my son and had plenty space. We also had a few of his Marine friends over for a well deserved home cooked meal (nice sized kitchen and well stocked) and there was plenty seating space. Laney was very nice and all Communications received a quick response. We will stay here again if back in the area. Loved it.

Great location
This rental was very nice. It was just as described in the VRBO website. The bed was comfy and the fridge had an ice maker! I felt like there was room in the living area for more seating, but with just the two of us it was fine. There was some construction going on next door while we were there, but as we had family to visit in Oceanside, it wasn’t a big problem. We did notice that when someone was upstairs we could easily hear footsteps, and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and it was pet friendly which was important for us. The beach is mostly gone due to winter storms, but access to the strand is very close. Very nice kitchen as well.
