From the great room, you can go upstairs to the third floor where there are two more beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. All three of these bedrooms have air conditioning for your sleeping comfort. Then, from the great room, you can descend to the first floor or the sand level where there are five more bedrooms, a second kitchen, and two more beautiful bathrooms with black and white tile showers.

People love the location of this home because you can walk to all the nearby food and fun. New restaurants, shops, and Oceanside's famous gastro pubs, such as Bagby's, Exhale, Dija Mara, LTH, Blade are all easy walk or bike rides. Bring your beach cruisers because we have miles of coastal trails and it's always fun to ride to the shops and restaurants nearby. We are only 10 minutes from Legoland and an easy drive to Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo and Disneyland

With one of the most desirable climates in the nation, Oceanside features 3.5 miles of pristine Pacific coastal beaches and draws surfers, tourists, sightseers, and families from around the globe to its sunny beaches, historic landmarks, and year-round surfing competitions.

The Oceanside Harbor and Marina offer a variety of water-sports like jet-skiing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, boat rentals, and whale watching excursions, and the California Surf Museum. You also might enjoy the historic Mission at San Luis Rey and the weekly farmer's market. Not too far away is Legoland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and all the shopping.

Just a reminder to bring your passwords for all your streaming options like Netflix, Amazon and Apple. The home and tvs are high speed streaming, no cable. We have upgraded the internet to Gigablast so all your internet and wifi options are optimized. If you go to Utube , you will be able to access local news channels in addition to your streaming options.

Each registered guest is provided one bath towel, one wash cloth and one beach towel. Please note: Due to strict city rules no parties or wedding related events or celebrations

Note: There are 6 bedrooms with portable a/c for sleeping comfort. We always have sand in the back yard for the kids to make sandcastles and dig. Please note this is a vibrant and active beach community. There can be noise from a variety of people, neighbors, cars , noise, nearby construction, seawall repair, city workers, gardeners and even noisy crashing waves.
This home does not have direct public beach access due to current sand levels. There can and will be erosion from waves in the back yard from time to time and again, this is beyond our control. We will fence the yard for safety when needed. We cant control these items or the weather- but we will try.
For beach and ocean access We recommend a fun walk to the big sandy beach up around the pier area as a great place for boogie boarding, swimming and walking on the beach. That area also has lots of great new restaurants. Don’t miss the top gun house.

Oceanside offers an inexpensive and fun electric shuttle for all of our guests! Just download their” Ride Circuit” app and select Oceanside and you will be picked up at your rental and taken to any beach , restaurant or shop in our coastal zone. It makes all the beaches easy to get to without any cars or parking!! When you are ready to return, they can pick you up! $ 6 per carload


City of Oceanside Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy STR Guest Responsibilities
The City of Oceanside REQUIRES all guests to agree to follow these rules.

1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. No vehicles over 7 feet high are allowed.
2. Occupancy.
The maximum number of occupants shall be two humans per bedroom plus two additional humans per unit (including children).
A two bedroom home is allowed 6 humans
A three bedroom home is allowed 8 humans
A four bedroom home is allowed 10 humans
A five bedroom home is allowed 12 humans
A six bedroom home is allowed 14 humans
3. Noise.
Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises shall be prohibited between the hours of 9 pm and 10am. No music or voices should be heard by neighbors off property at any time. No parties or events are allowed. This is for vacations only.
