Summary:
Our studio on the strand is simply one of the best condos you can book! Fully renovation was just completed and you can enjoy the modern beach style condo on the water. Oceanside is a booming city with incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and craft breweries all within walking distance. Of course, it's the world-class beaches you come for and your beach is just steps away. Whether it's beaches, surfing, eating or all of the above, this is the stay you have always dreamed of!

The Space:
Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This condo is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the condo, you will need to descend one flight of stairs. The beach access is a further flight of stairs. There is a queen sized bed in the main area and a sofa sleeper couch in the front of the studio.

Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.

Great Stay for Oceanside 70.3
I really enjoyed the location. I booked for the 70.3 Oceanside. 1/4 mile to finish line and Expo. The condo was clean, open and had great ocean views. I would recommend this for anyone looking to be close to all activities in Oceanside, especially for this Race. The VRBO had everything we needed.

Oceanside dream vacation with the husband!
Great location! Easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, local restaurants, and more. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in with a cup of coffee. The studio was very clean & had all the amenities that we needed. The hosts were very friendly & responsive to any questions. Our only recommendation is that we wish there had been a dresser or highboy to put our clothing in. We would definitely stay here again!

I was on a sales trip. The location was great for uninterrupted work, and the nearby restaurants were great for meeting up with friends. I was able to easily walk to several wonderful restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the sound of waves was calming.

Very comfortable for two people. We stayed for 8 days and had a great time.
The stairs were a bit of a problem. The rocks to get to the sand was challenging. We walked on down the area where it was easier. We liked the location and was great sitting on the balcony. Enjoyed our days there.

Great location!
Great location. Walked the beach every morning. Lots of food near by. Only downsides, which are not deal breakers because I would definitely stay here again.. somewhere to hang your clothes. A small rack in the corner possibly hooks on the wall etc, A few throw blankets for sitting on the balcony, and a bath mat. We used a towel, no biggie. Had a great time over all and would be interested in the units surrounding this one as well in the future
