Paradise Found - E113 at North Coast Village

Paradise Found is an ocean-close, west-facing condo with breathtaking views of the ocean and harbor. Enjoy watching the surfers, sailboats, and dolphins while you have breakfast on your balcony. This exclusive 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath single-story corner unit has 1040 square feet of living space. One room features a California King bed with dual corner windows offering a stunning harbor view. The other bedroom has two queen beds. The beautiful wood-look porcelain tile floors give the place a casual beach vibe and are also practical.

The condo is beautifully furnished with a sofa, three chairs, and an ottoman. Upgrades include re-textured ceilings, three ceiling fans, new designer paint, remodeled bathrooms with designer tile, and a walk-in shower in the secondary bathroom. The unit also has three TVs, complimentary Internet and cable, and linens and towels.

Make My Vacation provides beach chairs and beach towels, as well as a Living Room TV for entertainment and free wireless Internet.

As you walk through the staffed secure gate to North Coast Village you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California.

You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit.

When you venture all the way through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat, with fire rings, volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back! Be sure to stake out a fire ring for a unique evening beach fire at least one night while you are in Oceanside.

To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially useful when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.

When it is time to end the day, you will find comfort in either of the bedrooms ( king or two twins) and if there is an extra guest, they can use the queen sleeper sofa (or free pack n play upon request for little ones). Both bedrooms have TV's with cable as well. You will find all accommodations to be of high quality. Relax and enjoy!

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Beautiful resort, clean condo
We definitely enjoyed our stay! The condo was ocean-facing and we could hear the waves crashing all night. The resort is very nice and my children enjoyed the heated pool a lot. I only wish we could have stayed longer to really relax and enjoy the amenities. Know that if you want to go in the ocean, wetsuits are needed!

The property looked exactly like it did in the pictures - very clean with a lovely view of the ocean from every window in the property! I would have appreciated an email from the property owner sooner than the day before we checked in, but once it came, all the information needed was there for an easy check in. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware, which was greatly appreciated. The only concern was the neighbor above could be heard walking and moving furniture around until after midnight on our first night. We told the property manager, who called the HOA, and they called and asked for quiet after 10pm. All the other nights were fine! I would definitely stay here again.

Property is great close to the beach, stores, and food. The unit was fine. Dated cabinets and cooking utensils, old towels, bathroom tile is old and dingy, fireplace did not work, beds were good. Great view of adjacent apartment. We nicked named the unit “rusty” it explains everything you need to know.

The unit is outdated and needs repairs. The kitchen cabinets are banged up and the tile grout is dirty. The gate to the beach and the wash down shower are right outside the bedroom window. There is foot traffic all day and night with children screaming. You have to keep the windows open for ventilation because there is no A/C. The neighbors above us were up at 4:30 am working out and running around 2 mornings in a row. Security had to be contacted. Property management refused to get involved. Horrible stay! Beware!

Awesome Getaway
We really enjoyed the property,but we were not told about the construction. The construction was a real bummer. We rented a unit that overlooked the ocean -- but the scaffolding was blocking our view. We were there on a Friday and the workers were busy working and constantly walking around the scaffolding. We had to be off the balcony for 4 hours on Friday as the paint dried. That was the bummer part of our stay. Everything else was as said. The managers quickly responded to our concerns and the property owner did their best to make it right in this situation. We will be coming again (hopefully without construction)!

We love staying at these condos. This unit was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the layout. We were not prepared for the outside renovations that were going on for this unit. There was scaffolding up to replace exterior which obstructed the beautiful view and left the lanai wet and messy in the afternoon. We would go back but would have liked to know that this unit was being worked on.

Good location and space but could use some improvements
This unit had plenty of space and was in a very good location and was clean but I do feel like it could use some improvements. Upon arrival the unit was musty smelling, I'm sure the it was due to lack of air circulation so it would be nice if they could have left a fan on after cleaning or provided some kind of air freshener. We did open all windows and ran the fans and it was much better a few hours later. The view was nice but do be aware it is blocked by the building directly in front of you a bit. I think the side view from the 2nd bedroom was best. For a 2 bedroom unit there could have been more towels provided considering the washers and dryers are not in the unit but in a shared laundry room and are not free so it was not convenient to re-wash the towels after use. For the cost of rental I think more towels should be included. There was also no kleenex which was a bit odd for a "fully stocked" unit. We did have an issue when we first arrived as the CO2 unit was beeping and when I called the assistance # they said they couldn't come out until the next day and I had to climb onto a chair to remove it and throw it away (there was no way to access a battery or to turn it off) to keep it from beeping all day. They never did come out to replace it while we were there either. Overall it was a nice stay and I am not fully against this unit but I would look at other options before choosing to stay in this unit again.

Great condo. Really comfortable and lots of amenities. Checked in after hours and not a problem at all. Overall, best condo we’ve stayed in around this area in Oceanside. Only complaint I have (and it’s a small one)… on our last night a family was staying in the unit above us and it was loud. We were trying to sleep and sounded like a herd of elephants (believe some kids play hide and seek) at 11 pm. Maybe the walls and ceilings thin? Otherwise, a great time!!!

This place was SO cute actually better from the description. The only n negative was the check in process and parking is very tricky especially if you have a stroller or any type of wagon or wheels there is very limited parking to check in and you have to walk pretty far, get there by a certain time, and then get all of your parking and keys and hope that there’s enough parking, that’s my only negative thing. Besides the fact that there was construction going on all around that we didn’t know about not a huge deal but it was definitely pretty irritating at times the place itself is decorated super cute it’s very comfortable. Do you have everything you need. The grounds is like a resort in Hawaii. It’s very fun to walk around especially if you have kids I highly recommend!
