The poor lady at the front desk didn't know how to access the reservation because she was in training and the person who was supposed to be training her was not at the property and took approximately an hour to arrive. He then told me that he could cancel my reservation because I was talking on the phone with my wife about it and he accused me of yelling even though I wasn't.

Nice rooms. The staff were friendly. The pool area wasn't that great. They removed free coffee and tea after 11 pm, which is ridiculous.
