When checking in, I was surprised that I had a handicap room. I personally dislike these rooms as they don’t fit me. I requested another room but was told none were available room was pretty basic with small TV with a remote that didn’t work. Very worn and sparse room that did not seem very inviting or comfortable. Will definitely never stay at this property again and would not recommend to any traveler. Vinyl wood floors seemed gloomy and cold.

I used to stay here for yearback when it was Red Roof and then OYO and right now it's even better! As usual, the hotel is very convenient, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The manager has alway been very accomodating! Would recommend this place any day of the year!

Worse experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Not only I was given a 2 twin beds with a moldy room when I literally reserved a room with a king size bed which I didn’t mind much about, BUT there was bugs on my bed, my pillows were really dirty when I flipped them to check. I got out the shower hours later I found another cockroach on my food so I left 1 day early. Really disgusting!!

This was the most DISGUSTING hotel I have EVER been to in my life. When I tell you it was infested with roaches!!!!! EVERYWHERE!!! On the walls, crawling all over the beds. Everywhere you looked. We walked right out and went back down for a refund! Which I was told I’d get right away. I still have NOT received my money back and spoke to 2 front desk people who are the rudest most unprofessional people you could deal with. Names are Maria and Coau. They both are liars and it’s completely horrible customer service. Was given a card with a general managers name Carlos Yehuez but there is NO way to talk to him. EVERYTIME I’ve called for him they say “he’s not here, and he doesn’t have a set schedule so we don’t know when he comes and goes” really???? DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! I promise you. It’s disgusting with disgusting people that work there.

Subpar hotel.
Everything from check-in to checkout was pretty disappointing even for a 2-star hotel. Checking in took forever, and while minimal, the hotel charges additional fees even if you’ve paid in full on hotels.com. We booked a room for 3 people but only received 2 towels and 2 pillows so we had to go ask for more. The room smelled bad and it was dirty - there were hairs, dog/cat food, and misc dirt on the floors. During our 4-night stay we were only able to use the elevator 2-3 times as something was malfunctioning and it was stuck on a floor most of our stay. They didn’t come and make our beds or change our towels a single time. Just do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel.

We came here to evacuate from Hurricane Milton, The staff was very friendly and did everything they could do to accommodate all the people Who were trying to escape the storm. It's Bare Bones but pet friendly and served its purpose for Our family. The maintenance people were up early the next morning clearing out all the debris from the parking lot and walkways. I would recommend staying here again and you can't beat the price!
