When checking in, I was surprised that I had a handicap room. I personally dislike these rooms as they don’t fit me. I requested another room but was told none were available room was pretty basic with small TV with a remote that didn’t work. Very worn and sparse room that did not seem very inviting or comfortable. Will definitely never stay at this property again and would not recommend to any traveler. Vinyl wood floors seemed gloomy and cold.

I am big on cleanliness, in case anyone else is like me- this is the only reason why i am leaving these comments: 1. You are charged for your stay with credit cards used on third party sites for booking PRIOR to arrival/check in. 2. The hotel was modest & felt cozy. 3. Your check in staff is either tired of their job or just not customer friendly. 4. Your guest have no respect for their neighbors or even the kids in the building with their loud business after hours. 5. My room had roaches, while they weren’t adult they were mid sized & smalls one roaming around the room & bathroom. 6. I don’t understand why or how it happened- we checked in for 2 nights & our room was not cleaned once. Nor were we offered extra towels, or at the bare minimum garbage bags to replace trash bins & avoid the roaches in the room. 7. Bathroom looked renovated & gave some sort of peace & cleanliness vibes. 8. Although we did not get our room cleaned, the halls & overall appearance of the hotel was fair/clean. Our stay was short & we are grateful to have found a room for our family. However, affordable pricing should not mean mediocre service or inhabitable rooms.

Old elevator with dirty rug, property was clean but needs an update. Bed and pillows were terrible. AC was weak. Poor decoration but you get what you pay for so I shouldn’t complain.

The hallway and elevator had a smell of marijuana. I had roaches n my room, and their environment was so loud I could barely sleep. I checked out early and didn’t stay for my second night

Two different rooms were offered. Both of them were infested with bugs and roaches. Super dirty! Ran down. Asked for cpmpensation, Never received! Bad customer service! Borderline should be deemed condemned.
