Casinha Trivetia, in Southwest Alentejo, is a cozy beach house, full of details. It is located in an amazing setting on the countryside, 1.5 km from the nearest beach (great for surfing!) , within an unspoiled natural reserve, a protected landscape on the Atlantic Ocean. The house can lodge up to 4 people+2 babies, has 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, living room with kitchen and a beautiful private garden full of orange trees and lavanda. A space to let inspiration flow. Each room was thought to the smallest detail by Belen, a fashion designer who fell in love with the region 6 years ago . Natural elements that remind the landscape and cultural heritage of the region are in harmony with the simplicity of clean architectural elements found in Alentejo’s architecture.
There are 2 houses in the property. Casinha and Casa Grande. Both can be rented, each has its own private garden and they share the property's beautiful pool.

Casinha Trivetia is a guest house located on a Quintinha (a small state that used to be a farm land), where there is also the owner’s vacation house.
The casinha's private garden is a small piece of this remote paradise, full of smells (lavanda plants, orange trees, fig trees...) and sounds (the ocean, birds, frogs and our neighbors farm animals). Here days are bright and peaceful, sunsets orange and purple, and nights are spent between candle lights and the stars above (the region was named the first Starlight Destiny in the world)

Parque do Sudoeste Alentejano is part of Rota Vicentina, a network of walking trails in the Southwest of Portugal that totals 450 km and passes through some of the most beautiful and unspoiled places in the region.
Here you can meet Fernanda on her veggies and fruit stall just hand picked from her land, Nina and Josh with their permaculture project and their love for yoga and surf, Herdade do Pessegueiro crew and their horse estate on the coast, and many other individuals who share the same passion for this authentic and rustic region, still untouched in many amazing ways.
In the neighboring villages of Porto Covo, Cercal and Vila Nova Milfontes (15 min by car) you may also enjoy the wonderful local cuisine and with a wide offering of restaurants to fit budgets, and charming craftsmanship and ceramic stores.

Quintinha Trivetia is located in Ribeira da Azenha, a tiny village on the countryside and by the ocean, between the villages of Porto Covo and Vila Nova de Milfontes, both 15 minutes by car. It is located 1.5kms from the nearest beach on the Atlantic Ocean, inside a Natural Protected Reserve. In our village you will find two family restaurants with very nice local food and nice alentejan atmosphere.We highly recommend to rent a car to explore the region.

Casinha Trivetia was designed with a clear idea on mind "Time for you, space for whatever you feel like". During the day we recommend Yoga classes with Nina, a 20 min walk or 10 min bike ride through the unspoiled SW Natural Park to the nearest beach, a horse ride by the ocean in Herdade do Pessegueiro or a hiking experience through the Rota Vicentina, a network of walking trails in the Southwest of Portugal that totals 450 km and passes through some of the most beautiful places in the region. It may be hard to believe, but there are many nearby beaches where yours will be the only footprints. And of course surfing! it is one of the most popular sports in the area. Our coast is the ideal place for learners or experienced surfers to tame the open Atlantic Ocean.Casinha and Casa Grande.
