It was good. We love how comfortable the bed was. The room was clean and spacious. However, there weren’t many breakfast options at all, the breakfast in general was NOT good. Please get unscented soap because it really messed with my asthma. There were even some boogers left on the cabinet under the tv.

Great Location, Facities and Service are so, so...
Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Farmington/Station Park is an excellent location - primary reason we chose it. Many shops/restaurants are short walking distance. Service is just okay. Break is offered, but food is not of high quality. One very frustrating issue was with TV signal constantly going in and out and the staff's seeming non desire to truly investigate and resolve. This was happening in multiple rooms.

Staff was rude as all get out when checking in. I had an early check in. Staff wasn’t very accommodating even after I got it approved and paid the extra fee. Then when we were checking in staff was helping us and asked us to step aside so she could help somebody else after she started helping us. When she finally did help us she was very rude. Almost as if we weren’t worth her time. Unexpectable! Later after we settled in and were going down to the pool again she was very rude telling us that it was only for paying customers and that we needed a card key to get in. Just rude all the way around!

Convenient location
Overall, good stay for 1 night. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hotel is integrated into a shopping area, so plenty of chain stores. *the rubber shower mat had visible mold on both top and bottom. Needs removed- not needed, unless you're unstable standing - as the tile shower floor is not slippery.

Whole floor smelled, along with our room. As we were checking out, the floor started to smell slightly better, but our room still had a bag smell to it. Pool isn't great, muggy, and small.
