Location & Access
The apartment is accessed via a long staircase from the parking area. A storage space for bicycles is available. Please note that due to the stairs, access may not be suitable for individuals with mobility impairments.
Layout
Ground Floor: The entrance area, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower cabin, as well as a separate toilet, are located on this level.
Attic: A staircase leads to the open-plan living and dining area, which offers magnificent views through large windows and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and the bedroom, featuring two single beds (each 90 cm wide), a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe, are also located here.

Living Area: A TV (satellite) and a radio with Bluetooth functionality are available.
Sleeping Arrangements: The sofa can be used as an extra bed for a third person. Please note that this area cannot be darkened and receives early morning light. Guests using this sleeping option must bring their own bedding (duvet and pillow).
Kitchen: Fully equipped, including a spacious freezer.

Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought by guests.
