Everything was poor. For Japanese standar I felt like staff was tired or not happy doing their job. Checking time was 4 P.M. while in other hotels was 3 P.M. I arrived at 3:10 and they did not let me in. A lady was going to give the key but a young man told her that was not the time for checking in. I saw other people registering before 4 and letting them in, so I felt disappointed. The room was very small.

立地面では、大分駅からほど近く、列車での来訪者にとって便利なホテルのひとつだと思う。 フロントの対応は人と時間帯によって異なる印象で、近寄るとすぐに反応が得られるケースと、フロント同士で話をしていて反応がないケースがあった。アメニティのセルフサービスや、チェックアウトをフロント真ん前の無人機で行うスタイルなど、合理的にして安価にサービスを提供いただいているのだと思うが、個人的にはもう少し直接的なコミニュケーションを取れるとより居心地が良いかと… 朝食が提供されるのはありがたく、内容も必要充分。欲を言えば、飲み物があると嬉しいが、回転率の低下となる可能性もあるかと思うので、せめて持ち帰って部屋で飲める形で提供されればと思う。
