"We stayed in Glass Villas - view was amazing, everything was really nice. I would have liked a proper double bed, but the two beds that were pushed together were also comfortable. Ventilation made quite a lot of noise, but it also meant that we could adjust the temperature as we liked. I would definitely stay there again."

"It said that it had beds for 8 and we put we have 7. It showed 8 regular twin beds when we booked, but got there and there was only 6 twin and a very uncomfortable sofa bed that definitely could not sleep 2 I asked about it but they said the room technically sleeps 8 and wouldn’t move us. Overall clean and spacious. Both the showers are in one bathroom with sauna and washing. Machine and toilet all in one space, so the setup is not ideal for multiple people needing to shower quickly. The other 2 bathrooms were just half baths. No one is available on location during the evening, so when we needed help turning the sauna on, no one could help us. Dishwasher didn’t clean.i asked for coffee filters and was told we have to buy our own which seems weird from all the places we’ve stayed."

"A personal sauna…OMG! Apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Bathroom was phenomenal. Check-in was self service, but that was well managed. If you came here in winter you literally walk out the front door to the ski lift. "

"This is a good hotel for families visiting or solo travelling. All the amenities are close by and they have pub food in the hotel. The breakfast has good selection of foods. "

"24h service, warm accomodation with good parking, views and everything you need nearby. Highly recommended. Rent your own car to be more flexible in your adventure. Driving in winter also was not a problem at all. All roads are well maintained with good access to all the highlights around kuusamo and Ruka. Will book again."
