The condition of the hotel is a bit old, the room is very simple but it's clean and tidy. The mattress and the pillow are very comfortable which is our big surprise. Their breakfast is wonderful too. I have to be honest and serious to say, the bath room is tiny and crowded. If you are suffering from claustrophobia, this is not a good choice. To be fair, except the bath room, everything is above standard with this super reasonable price.

This hotel is very expensive with limited amenities. No breakfast, gym and pool were closed but did not reopen after the typhoon. Cleaning services were limited.

Do not stay here .first of all you can find soo many cleaner nicer places all around this area .firstly the place is really old amd kinda smells . The rooms are old and really need new carpet and a remodel . I couldnt sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall .. the wifi doesn't work at all .amd when you ask at the front desk they just smile and say sorry . You hace to pay extra flr the buffet breakfast which is fine ..but plenty of places offer free breakfast. I finally had enough of this place and moved next door to rhe comfort inn whixh was a world better It rained the whole time i was there so being stuck in a room with no wifi sucks I definitely would not recommend this place .staff were friendly tho .but not their fault they work in what we call a roach motel in the US .

Specifically booked here again, rather than an unknown hotel down the street, because of the location- next to our apartment rental office (we had to pay our rent). The sign in the lobby stated that parking was available for 1000Y (about 10u$d)- when we arrived at approx 1800 on a Sunday evening, we were told that the lot was "not available" (maybe full?) but we could park in another lot (across the street- no big deal) and it would be approx 1500Y. When we did check out, the cost of the overnight parking was over 2400Y. This was not expected.

Location is excellent. Very close to shopping, Kokusai, and mono rail station. Double room is spacious that you can move easily. Apart from western style, breakfast have many Okinawa foods, but I hope they can add boiled eggs. You can grab drinks in the lobby but for me it will be so great to have kinds of hot tea to choose. My room can aslo see the Kokusai which I like it so much! Will choose this hotel for next time.
