We loved this hotel. We stayed in the Ram wing. Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds. The pool area is unique, just off Kokusai Dori but feels like a mini resort. Spent a very leisurely few hours there. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating, we felt at home. The breakfast buffet had a lot of stuff we hadn't tried before, it was very tasty and nutritious. The whole vibe of this hotel was great. We wished we were staying longer and will definitely return on our next trip to Okinawa.

Best location if staying in the Kokusai Dori area in my opinion. So close to the Heiwa Dori, Don Quijote, Tsuboya Yachimun Street and Makishi Station. Stayed in the newer RAM Tower during this trip. Nicer room. Staff were the most accommodating and their breakfast buffet was delicious as always.

We have stayed in rooms at the main building as well as the Ram building. The latter is much better. If just for it, I will give higher ranking (4 or even 5, depending on items). But the room in the main building is very dated. It’s also not so clean. A total difference between the two.

This hotel was a great place, their breakfast is very typical Okinawan style- loved it!!! For being in the center of Kokusai street it is very quiet. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Very convenient to walk to monorail. Highly recommend it!
