The room was on the small side. But aside from that the staff was welcoming, the hotel is a 5 minute drive to the commercial area. Convenient base to explore the north of the island.

The staff asked us if we would like to upgrade the hotel room upon check in and it was a good deal. They also try to minimize daily cleaning and changing towels. I like that idea! Staff were always friendly and polite. Would like to stay here again soon!

There is a clean and safe beach right across from the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. I stayed in an Executive Oceanview room with my family. Very quiet and super clean. We were all happy that we stayed in this hotel to celebrate my son's birthday. Will come back again.

Great stay in Nago!
Very clean property as they took extra measures aimed at stopping covid-19. Very comfortable overall(mattresses were like every other hotel we’ve stayed in here) and good location. Executive twin for 3 was plenty big for the 4 of us(2 adults & 2 kids)
