Convenient place in Chata
This hotel/apartment was perfect for our family. We had five people and it suited us well. The location is great for Chatan. Convenience stores are right around the corner, American town and the Aeon mall are short walks, and parking is easy.

The staff and everyone was so friendly. Our dryer stop working and our towels were all wet. The office was closed for the day, but the employee came from being off to give us towels! Great customer service!

내부가 깔끔하고 방음이 좋아요. 주변 식당, 몰 등을 다니기에 위치가 너무 좋아서 모두 만족하며 지냈습니다. 다만... 늦은 밤부터 1시정도까지 폭주족때문에 소란스럽습아.

좋은 숙소
청결한 숙소였으나 불법개조한듯한 자동차 배기음 때문에 숙면을 취하기 어려웠어요. (주말 숙박기준. 일요일에서 월요일 넘어가는 밤에는 들리지 않음) 그 외 입지는 너무 좋았고요. 주차도 괜찮았습니다.

很適合家庭入住，可以煮東西（有提供家庭式冰箱、餐具、鍋子、洗碗精、房內一台飲水機）、洗烘衣機（有提供洗衣粉）、兩間衛浴，飯店地點很好，旁邊就是LASOWN、斜對面有7-11、不遠處有全家，且大國藥妝店就在飯店後面。但連續兩晚遇到暴走族半夜（約11點～凌晨2點在馬路上「瘋狂」，摩托車聲很吵影響睡眠品質，即使有警察到場也沒有實質幫助⋯注重睡眠品質的要留意。

청결상태 매우 좋ㄱㅎ 어메리칸 빌리지 도보이동 가능하고 바닷가도 가까운 편입니다. 레지던스형이라 세탁기 건조기 있어 좋았어요. 다만 어린 자녀가 있다면 바닷가 인근 숙박이 놀기엔 편할거 같네요. 체크아웃이 10시라…요거 빼곤 다 좋았습니다.
