スタッフとのコミュニケーションは最小限です。至れり尽くせりを求めるなら違うかもしれませんが、全て自分のペースでできるので私にはとても良かったです。 場所柄、パイナガマビーチが目の前なので、夕食に出かけるにはまだちょっと早い、夕方の時間などに良い暇つぶしができるのもポイント高いです。

ビーチが目の前で散歩には最適。コンビニは隣にあるし少し歩けば繁華街だしチェックインもアウトもシンプル簡単。スリッパが左右違ったけどこの価格なら大満足。高いホテルのランドリーはお金かかるけど洗濯機付きだし、浴室乾燥機ついてたから夜干せば朝の前には乾いた。とてもコスパのいいホテルでした。レンタカー屋も歩いて行けた。近所にもう少し高いホテルもあるけどまたここに泊まると思う。

キレイそうだが床が汚い ダニかノミがいて、数カ所刺された 一階エレベーターホールが換気出来ずくさい バルコニー床が汚い シャワーの水圧が低すぎる 少しだけ安いだけ。

パイナガマビーチに近く部屋も広くて綺麗です。洗濯機、浴室乾燥機もあり格安。 ただ、泊まった部屋が7階のせいか水圧が極端に低くシャワーはチョロチョロとしか出ないのでストレスが溜まりました。 午前4時過ぎに火災警報が鳴り続けたにも関わらず、スタッフの避難誘導は無し、復旧後の説明も無しでした。

6階に宿泊しましたが、シャワーの圧力が弱く温水の量にも限度があった。防音が低いのか、隣からの音や外の音が響きよる寝れなかったことが残念でした。それ以外は、部屋も広く使い易く、周りに色々レストランもありよかったです。

床の汚れ、トイレの匂いがしました。 連泊する時には掃除できるものが備え付けてあれば良かったなと思います。 お風呂に椅子がなく不便でした。

まずまずのホテル

ホテルがどこにあるか少し迷った。更にホテルは見つかったが、フロントが何処にあるかが分からなかった。そのような不便はあったが、部屋はやや広く、洗濯機があり、ベッドは快適だった。シャワーは水の時は勢いよく出るが、お湯にすると勢いが弱くなる。もしかしたらシャワーの使い方が分かっていなかったのかもしれないが、シャワーは不満だった。 置いてあったシャンプーが自分の髪によく合ったのは良かった。 総合するとまずまずです。

2階に泊まったのですが、1階のカラオケが朝4時までずっとうるさく、眠れなかった。 防音がなっていないのにカラオケなんか併設はしないでほしい。 いつも那覇の方でKINJOに泊まって快適だったので宮古でも泊まりましたが、もう2度と宮古のKINJOには泊まらないと決めました。最悪です。 2階に案内された場合は絶対3階以上に変更してもらってください。 床も汚く、ちゃんと掃除しているのか疑問しかありませんでした。

여기는 호텔이 아닙니다. 리조트 콘도미니엄 형태의 숙소로 장기 투숙을 하는 사람들이 많을 것으로 예상합니다. 몇 가지 참고하셔서 예약하세요. 1. 숙소에 인덕션, 전자렌지, 전기포트, 냉장고가 있습니다. 장기간 투숙하기에 좋습니다. 2. 도보 2분 정도 거리에 페밀리마트 있습니다. 3. 호텔에 투숙할 때는 입구에 있는 번호를 누르고 호출하여 입장하여 2층에 있는 로비에서 체크인 합니다. 4. 호텔을 나가고 들어 올때 키를 이용하여 문을 열을 수 있습니다. 5. 수건은 밖에 두면 새것으로 바꿔줍니다. 6. 방에 세탁기가 있습니다. 아마도 여름 시즌에 서핑이나 카누, 수영 등을 하는 사람들을 위해 있는 것 같습니다. 세제는 없습니다. 7. 도보 1분 거리에 코인세탁시설이 있습니다. 밤 10시까지 이용가능합니다. 8. 숙소 1층에 맥주를 마실 수 있는 펍 같은 공간 있습니다. 9. 숙소에서 나와 좌측으로 가면 해와 달이라는 이자카야 있습니다. 추천드립니다.(고야참푸르 추천) 10. 숙소 바닥이 깨끗하지 않습니다. 방문을 열고 신발을 벗고 이용해야 합니다. 11. 금연 숙박시설입니다. 1층 외부에서 흡연을 하시거나, 카운터에 가서 재털이를 받아서 방 밖 베란다에서 흡연 가능합니다. 12. 차량을 갖고 가는 경우가 대부분일 것 같은데 1박 1,500엔의 주차비를 받습니다. 저는 개인적으로 5점 만점에 4점 정도를 주고 싶은 호텔입니다. 이용하시는 한국분들 참고하시기 바랍니다.

場所も施設も、近隣の状況も素晴らしいが、部屋が臭い、換気扇回しても匂いが残る。消臭剤が置いてあるが、効果なし。下水のような匂いがあることは口コミで知っていたが、ホテル側もわかっていて対策していると思っていたが、口コミ通りだった。
