Property is in first class order, loved the pool and the breakfast was great with enough on display to satisfy anyone. A special word to the staff who are extremely polite and everything was no trouble for them and were so easy going and approachable

Very friendly and helpful staff . We checked in to find our room was too small. We requested upgrade. The staff was able to quickly upgrade our room with just minimal charges . The hotel even provided skincare products. The breakfast was ok.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff was greeting us and giving us VIP access benefit which is very impressive. The room is nice , big and clean. The service of the hotel is the best part . Breakfast is nice , various choice. Top choice for staying in Okinawa!
