I am very disappointed, the customer service very unprofessional. We will not able to get in the room because he gave us the keys not working. My husband went told the customer service but he didn’t come to help us again my husband told him the problem finally came still the keys were not working finally he used the muster and key. But no apology. And the coffee maker is in the bathroom who makes coffee in the bathroom that’s is very dirty to drink. And the sink smells so bad. We are not any desire to stay agin.

Room was quiet! That's always important to me! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Lots of choices. Bigger pillows and better coffee would be my only suggestions.

Conveniently located near major road but rooms were quiet. Friendly staff was helpful. The property looked well taken care of, except the doors for the pool don't open from the inside.

The room was nice and we liked having a pull out sofa if we needed it. The room was clean but it had a “musty smell”. There also wasn’t enough towels in the room and we had to ask for more. My husband had the breakfast the next morning and he said it was lack luster at best and he ended up grabbing the packaged powered donuts instead. The location is great for what we needed.

Another year great service
Hotel was clean, personal was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was full both nights of our stay. Probably use hotel again next. Great service!

The people were nice but the didn’t understand me that well. The ice machines have mold in them. They messaged me through Expedia and didn’t mention the deposit. It says some locations in the listing but if your going to message it would be nice to mention it.
