We enjoy staying here when visit our family. Staff is kind, friendly, helpful and professional. The issues I have are not deal breakers but more about convenience. One, there are no towel racks. The hand towel lays on the counter after using, seems like a place to hang it would keep it out of the way. Also, we reuse our towels, but there is no place to hang them except over the shower curtain. Second, there is never enough toilet paper. The rolls are small and usually less than half a roll on holder when we check it plus one extra roll. That is not enough for two adults. We always have to ask for another roll. Again, not deal breakers but curious as to why this is the norm.

I asked for an early check in and they charged me extra $20 but they had rooms available! The room they put me in was a handicap at the end of the building my wife and I were up all night because of people in and out all night so we couldn’t sleep. Bug in the shower. Went down for the breakfast at 830am and there was no food! Not happy wouldn’t stay there again.

One word, BEDBUGS!!! I will never stay at another comfort in! I was eaten alive by bed bugs! I reported the infestation in room, and took a dead bug down to the desk to report it to staff before I left! She put the bug on some tape to report it...well that's what she told me she was going to do.
